Abstract
In the process for the treatment of wastewater for analytical purposes by sedimentation and filtration, the wastewater is fed to a first sedimentation stage. This process is repeated at least once, with each of the solid water constituents depleted wastewater is fed to the next sedimentation. Following the last sedimentation step, the wastewater depleted of solid water content is allowed to pass through a belt filter device. It can be taken there as purified water for analysis. After removal of the water, the treatment plant is emptied. Thereafter, the preparation can start again.
