Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein mikrobielles Verfahren zur Herstellung von Oosporein und seinem Eisen(III)-Komplex. Grundlage der Erfindung ist der neue Mikroorganismus Aphanocladium spec., der unter submersen Bedingungen in einem Komplexmedium Oosporein produziert. Die Ausbeute ist gegenueber anderen Verfahren zur mikrobiellen Herstellung von Oosporein wesentlich erhoeht. Auf Grund seiner biologischen Aktivitaet kann Oosporein als Algizid, Herbizid und Cytostatikum eingesetzt werden. Mit Schwermetallen werden Komplexe gebildet, insbesondere der Oosporein-Eisen(III)-Komplex, der siderophore Eigenschaften besitzt.The invention relates to a microbial process for the production of oosporein and its iron (III) complex. Die neutralgewaschene und getrocknete organische Phase wird bis fast zur Farblosigkeit mit 1 η Natriumhydrogencarbonatlösung ausgezogen. Nach Abtrennung der wässrigen Phase säuert man diese sofort an, wobei Oosporein ausfällt.
