Abstract

Verfahren fuer das Schmelzen von Stahl mit Nutzung einer Beschickung, vorzugsweise aus fluessigem Roheisen und Stahlschrott, das das Durchblasen des fluessigen Metalls mit Sauerstoff und Einblasen von pulverfoermigen kohlenstoffhaltigen Stoffen umfasst. Das Einblasen des pulverfoermigen kohlenstoffhaltigen Stoffes beginnt nach dem Giessen des Roheisens und wird bis zum Ende der Schmelze zusammen mit dem Durchblasen des Sauerstoffs vorgenommen. Das Verhaeltnis des Massendurchsatzes des Pulvers in der Zeiteinheit zum Volumendurchsatz des Sauerstoffs betraegt 0,05, bis 1,0 kg/m3.
