Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft das Gebiet des Schmelzens von Glas und aehnlichen Stoffen mit Hilfe von elektrischem Strom unterhalb 50 Hz und loest das Problem der Verbindung der Quelle mit der automatischen Steuerung des Schmelzprozesses mittels eines zyklischen Converters 5, der mit Thyristoren 6 ausgestattet und an die Speiseleitung angeschlossen ist und die Steuerung des Schmelzofens 9 gewaehrleistet.
