Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Entnehmen und Aufrichten flachliegender, in deckungsgleicher Lage uebereinander gestapelter Faltschachteln sowie das Verschliessen dieser. Ziel der Erfindung ist es, eine in ihrem Aufbau platzsparende und kostenguenstigere Vorrichtung zu realisieren, die es ermoeglicht, mit geringem Umbau unterschiedliche Formate von Faltschachteln aufzurichten und zu verschliessen.The invention relates to a device for removing and erecting flat, stacked in a congruent position stacked cartons and the closing of this. Nun geben die Seitenlaschenschieber 6 durch eine halbe Rückbewegung in horizontaler Richtung den zweiten Teil der Verschlußlasche frei. Dabei werden beide Seitenlaschen 5 im geschlossenen Zustand gehalten. Die Verschlußklappe 10 verschließt nun durch eine kreisförmige Bewegung die Verschlußlasche, welche an der Gleitschiene 8 in die Faltschachtel gleitet. Dabei kann das Federstahlblech 9 der Verschlußlasche ausweichen. Seitenlaschenschieber 6 und Federstahlblech begeben sich nun in die Ausgangsposition zurück. Nachdem das Verschließen einer Seite der Faltschachtel beendet ist, lösen sich die 2 von der Faltschachtel, während die Verschlußklappe 10 durch eine Horizontalbewegung die Faltschachtel in ihrer Längsrichtung aus dem Magazinkanal 2 seiner weiteren Bestimmung in eine Fördereinrichtung übergibt.The side flaps of the folding box are folded by 90 ° inwards by horizontal movement of the side flap slide 6. The invention has for its object to develop an improved device of the type mentioned. According to the invention the object is achieved in that the cartons in a magazine which is tapered in the lower part, guided by suction and erected at the same time. The size of the magazine and the degree of rejuvenation are adjustable depending on the folding box format. After leaving the magazine, the carton is still held and fixed by the suckers, so that the closing of the bottom can connect immediately. The closing of the erected cartons is effected by a mechanism designed to make it possible to close various carton formats. Due to the short path that the carton has to cover from the magazine to closing, this device is straightforward and ensures a flow-free function.
