Abstract

Die Detonationsanlage zum Aufdampfen von Ueberzuegen und zur Guetekontrolle der Ueberzuege besteht aus dem Rohr 1 mit der Zuendkerze 2, dem Gasmischer 4 mit den Ventilen 5, 6 und 7, der Pulverdosiereinrichtung 3, dem Fotogeber 10, der an dem Rohr 1 befestigt ist, dem Signalwandler 11 fuer das Signal des Fotogebers 10, dem mit dem Wandler 11 verbundenen elektromagnetischen Relais 12, dem Steuerschalter 8, der ueber die Arbeitsstromkontakte 14, 15 und 16 des Relais 12 mit den Ventilen 5, 6 und 7 des Mischers, mit der Dosiereinrichtung 3 und der Zuendkerze 2 elektrisch verbunden ist. Ausserdem enthaelt die Anlage die Quelle 9 des kontinuierlichen Hochtemperatur-Gasstroms, die an dem Rohr 1 befestigt ist, und dabei ist der Fotogeber 10 so angebracht, dass seine optische Achse die geometrische Achse der Quelle 9 in der Ebene des zu kontrollierenden Ueberzugs 11 schneidet. Das Rohr 1 und die Quelle 9 des kontinuierlichen Hochtemperatur-Gasstroms sind nach der gleichen Seite gerichtet und so angeordnet, dass ihre geometrischen Achsen parallel sind.
