Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Ophthalmologie, dient der Einpflanzung der Vorderkammerlinse zur Korrektion der Aphakie (Linsenlosigkeit) und gestattet, Operationskomplikationen und postoperative Komplikationen bei gleichzeitiger Verkuerzung der Operationsdauer zu verringern. Die Vorderkammerlinse umfasst die Linse 1 und die Stuetzelemente 2 und 3. Der proximale Abschnitt 4 des Elements 2 stellt eine ebene gekruemmte Figur dar, der distale Abschnitt 5 einen Sektor mit der Oeffnung 10. Das Element 2 hat eine groessere Dicke als die Elemente 3, deren distale Abschnitte 6 mit den Oeffnungen 10 abgerundet sind, waehrend die aeusseren Stirnflaechen 7 die Vorspruenge 8 bilden. Die inneren Stirnflaechen 7 sind durch den Steg 9 verbunden. Die Dicke der Stuetzelemente 3 nimmt mit (zunehmender) Entfernung vom Zentrum der Linse 1 und von der Symmetrieachse der Vorderkammerlinse zu. Die Vorderkammerlinse wird mit einer Pinzette am Steg 9 erfasst und mit dem Stuetzelement 2 in die Vorderkammer des Auges eingefuehrt. Die Raender des Schnittes schliessen sich hinter den Vorspruengen des distalen Abschnitts 5, der den Schnitt tamponiert; dies setzt den Verbrauch von Irrigationsfluessigkeit beim Fuellen der Vorderkammer des Auges herab. Die Vorderkammerlinse wird weiter vorgeschoben, bis die horizontalen Abschnitte der Vorspruenge 8 hinter dem Rand des Schnitts fixiert sind.
