Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft die Laserspektroskopie und kann in Laserfluorometern fuer die Mikrosaeulenchromatografie ausgenutzt werden. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Erhoehung der Empfindlichkeit und des Aufloesungsvermoegens des Detektors. In dem Laserfluorometerdetektor ist das System, das die Laserstrahlung erzeugt, als zylindrisches Fernrohr 2 und trapezfoermige Blende 3 ausgefuehrt. Das zylindrische Fernrohr 2 wandelt die Laserstrahlung in der Projektion in einen rechteckigen Streifen um, der nach der Form dem Kanal mit der zu untersuchenden Fluessigkeit in der Kuevette 4 mit Abfluss entspricht. Die Blende 3 regelt die Laenge des rechteckigen Streifens entsprechend der Groesse des chromatografischen Zackens. Fig. 1
