Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die chemische Waermebehandlung von Metallen und Legierungen, insbesondere auf Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ueberzuegen auf Stahlelementen. Das Ziel der Erfindung besteht in der Erhoehung der Verschleissbestaendigkeit von Ueberzuegen sowie auf der Intensivierung des Behandlungsprozesses. Die Herstellung von Komplexueberzuegen erfolgt in zwei Stufen. Zunaechst wird in einem pulverfoermigen gesaettigten Medium bis auf 560-720C erhitzt und diese Temperatur 0,6-1,2 h gehalten, danach wird mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 0,8-2,4C/s bis auf 950-110C erhitzt, diese Temperatur 1,2-1,8 h gehalten und mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 1,2-2,4C/s auf eine Temperatur zwischen 300 und 500C abgekuehlt; diese Behandlung wird 2 bis 8mal wiederholt. Die behandelten Elemente weisen die kleinste relative Verschleissgeschwindigkeit auf, die 12,2 g/m2s betraegt.The invention relates to the chemical heat treatment of metals and alloys, in particular to processes for the production of coatings on steel elements.
