Abstract
Die Aufgabe bestand darin, ein Hygieneregime fuer Transportbaender, insbesondere fuer Eiertransportbaender aufzufinden, das durch Einsatz bestimmter Reinigungs- und mikrobizider Mittel die Einhaltung eines niedrigen Keimniveaus auf den Eiertransportbaendern ermoeglicht. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemaesz durch eine spezielle Kombination an sich bekannter Reinigungs- und mikrobizider Mittel, die jeweils allein verwendet werden, keine ausreichende Wirkung besitzen, aber in der Kombination eine durchschlagende Wirkung entfalten, zu einem speziellen Hygieneregime fuer Eiertransportbaender geloest. Besondere Vorteile dieses Hygieneregimes sind vor allem: Anwenderfreundlichkeit, Verwendung wenig toxischer und wenig umweltbelastender Mittel, gute Materialvertraeglichkeit, geringe Korrosivitaet, Durchfuehrbarkeit auch in belegten Staellen, keine Beeinflussung der Lebensmittelqualitaet. Dabei zeigte sich, dasz pro 100 m Bandlaenge etwa 10-50 l Fluessigkeitsvolumen erforderlich sind, wobei die Verwendung eines Tauchbandes mit mechanischer Reinigungskomponente vorteilhaft ist. Erfindungsgemaesz besteht das Hygieneregime aus folgenden Teilprozessen: 1. Vorweichen, 2. Reinigen, 3. Hygienisierende Reinigung, 4. Nachspuelen.{Hygieneregime; Transportbaender; Eiertransportbaender; reinigungs- und mikrobizide Mittel; Keimniveau; Anwenderfreundlichkeit; Materialvertraeglichkeit; Vorweichen; Reinigen; hygenisierende Reinigung; Nachspuelen}The task was to find a hygiene regime for Transportbaender, especially for Eiertransportbaender that allows the use of certain cleaning and microbicidal agents, the maintenance of a low germ level on Eiertransportbaendern. The object is achieved according to the invention by a special combination of known cleaning and microbicidal agents, each used alone, do not have sufficient effect, but unfold in the combination a resounding effect, solved to a special hygiene regime for Eiertransportbaender. Particular advantages of this hygiene regime are above all: ease of use, use of low-toxic and low-polluting agents, good material compatibility, low corrosiveness, feasibility even in occupied stalls, no influence on the quality of food. It was found that per 100 m band length about 10-50 l fluid volume are required, the use of a dipping belt with mechanical cleaning component is advantageous. According to the invention, the hygiene regime consists of the following sub-processes: 1. Pre-soaking, 2. Cleaning, 3. Sanitizing cleaning, 4. Reworking. {Hygiene regimes; Transportbaender; Eiertransportbaender; cleaning and microbicidal agents; Germ level; User-friendliness; material compatibility; to soak; Clean; Hygenic cleaning; rinse}

2. Reinigen2. Clean
3. Hygienisierende Reinigung3. Hygienic cleaning
4. Nachspülen4. Rinse
1. Vorweichen und Reinigen1. Pre-soaking and cleaning
(Lösung A)For the pre-soaking and cleaning are combinations of anionic and nonionic surfactants z. B. from ethoxylated glycols or alkylphenols in concentrations of 10-20% and anionic surfactants such as alkyl sulfonates or alkylbenzenesulfonates in concentrations of 15-30%, as used in conventional detergents in concentrations of 0.5% to 2% suitable. (Solution A)
2. Hygienisierende Reinigung2. Hygienic cleaning
B. nach Methoden der TGL 37768/04)For the sanitizing cleaning process according to the invention alkaline adjusted phosphate and / or silicate-containing solutions of peroxo compounds such as hydrogen peroxide and / or performic or peracetic acid in concentrations of 0.05-1.5%, preferably 0.1-0.5% used from powdered! Mixtures of peroxo compounds, phosphates, silicates and surfactants with activators, such. B. 1,5-diacetyl-2,4-dioxo-porhyaro-1,3,5-triazine (DADHT), in aqueous solution of 30-00g / l powdery total mixture is formed, wherein at least 10g peroxo compound and at least lOg DADHT are required , (Solution B) For the further stage of germ reduction, especially in epizootic diseases or animal disease control, it is advantageous, in addition with 0.5-1.0% solutions of a mixture of 5-22% formaldehyde, 5-20% Olutardialdehyd and After-treatment 5-10% benzalkonium chloride or methalconium chloride. (Solution C) By combining the chemical principles of action, which alone in no case have a sufficient effect, it; aqueous solution of + 5-4O 0 C, preferably + 15-25 0 C followed by rinsing with water, the solutions A to C are changed after each band pass, can be with high efficiency (low cost, high efficiency, high user friendliness ) achieve the required cleaning and disinfecting qualities. The control takes place on the egg belt and in the dipping bath as well as microbiological (eg after methods of the TGL 37768/04)
