Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von keramischen hochresistenten Purpurfarben, die zur Dekoration von keramischen Erzeugnissen Anwendung finden. Mit dem erfindungsgemaeszen Verfahren werden hochresistente keramische Purpurfarben unter Gewaehrleistung der fuer diese Farben charakteristischen Deckkraft und Brillanz hergestellt. Erfindungsgemaesz werden die hochresistenten keramischen Purpurfarben hergestellt, indem einem Gemisch von Goldpurpurschlamm und angepasztem Bleiborsilikatglas ein goldfreies Pigment sowie ein geeignetes hochresistentes Fluszmittel zugesetzt werden. Goldfreie Pigmente sind Pinkfarbkoerper, das heiszt mit Chromoxid oder mit Chromoxid und Kobaltoxid dotierter Kassiterit und/oder Malayait. Dabei kann das Verhaeltnis der hochresistenten keramischen Purpurfarbe zum goldfreien Pinkpigment mit dem erforderlichen Fluszmittelanteil bei hellen keramischen Purpurfarben 0:1 bzw. bei den dunklen keramischen Purpurfarben 9:1 betragen.
