eingesetzten Bitumenemulsionen beschriften. Diese sind:Label bitumen emulsions used. These are:
Use of a bitumen emulsion with a high degree of stability with the addition of a so-called crushing accelerator to reduce the stability during or immediately after mixing with the rock building materials.
Use of a bitumen emulsion with low stability with the addition of a Brechverzögerers either mineral mass, bitumen emulsion or moistening water before or during processing.
The crushing accelerators used in variant 1 work primarily by immediate or slow pH change due to Disi Nation or reaction of the added accelerator and by this pH shift out of the optimum range of action of the emulsifier, it comes to stability reduction of the emulsion and improved setting capacity ,
Beispiele dafür sind der Zusatz von säureabspaltendon Komplexverbindungen in DE 1594762 und DE 1594764 sowie durch Anwendung von pH-Wert-Regulatoren gemäß DE 2947004.Examples thereof are the addition of acid-cleaving endon complex compounds in DE 1594762 and DE 1594764 and by use of pH regulators according to DE 2947004.
These processes are relatively complicated by the technical control and have the disadvantage that by leaving the optimum pH range for the workability dec emulsifier also its effectiveness as adhesion promoter between bitumen and mineral mass obstructed or made completely impossible. Poor adhesion, combined with reduced service life of the linings produced, can be the result of this procedure.
For variant 2 mono-, di- or polyamines are usually used as Brechverzögerer for controlling the breaking speed. These products, upon contact with the mineral mass, cause blocking of the negative reaction centers located on the rock surface and thus reduce the reaction rate between bitumen emulsion and mineral mass.
Der Nachteil des Einsatzes dieser Verbindungen besteht in den zur Stabilitätserhöhung benötigten großen MengenExamples of the use of ethoxylated amines are DD 206491 or of quaternary ammonium compounds as in US Pat. No. 4,523,957. The disadvantage of using these compounds is the large amounts required to increase the stability
an Chemikalien und damit schlechter Ökonomie.of chemicals and thus of bad economics.
Furthermore, they usually have a strong selective effect in connection with bitumen emulsions and thus their use in various emulsion types are limited.
Weitere Möglichkeiten zur Verringerung der Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit zwischen Bitumenemulsionen und Mineralmasse und damit Brechzeitregulierung bestehen im Einsatz von Kationensalzen definierter Feldstärke und bestimmten Innenradius gemäß DD 213938 und DD 216726.Further possibilities for reducing the reaction rate between bitumen emulsions and mineral mass and thus breaking time regulation are the use of cation salts of defined field strength and specific inner radius according to DD 213938 and DD 216726.
The disadvantage of this variant, however, is the inability of the metal salts used to fulfill their function as blockers of the surface reaction centers of the mineral mass to make an active contribution to adhesion improvement between bitumen and mineral mass, since they lack an olephile component for binding the bitumen.
Furthermore, there is the disadvantage that often large amounts are required for an effective breaking time regulation and these large quantities can then no longer be accommodated in the corresponding overall mixture at rapidly increasing reaction rates with increasing temperatures, without causing any other disadvantages.
Furthermore, the effectiveness of these cation salts is usually limited to certain pH ranges.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
It is the object of the invention to regulate the breaking time of cationic and nonionic bituminous emulsions and thus to ensure their optimum processability in connection with a wide variety of rock building materials. The crush regulators used should have a high degree of universality with regard to the processing of a wide variety of bitumen emulsions and ensure the processing into high-quality road linings with a long service life even at higher processing temperatures.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to influence the refractive cation-active and nonionic bitumen emulsions in processing with a variety of mineral rock materials so that on the one hand optimal processability of the corresponding mixtures for the processing period is guaranteed, but then achieved maximum adhesion and coating of the mineral masses and a very fast setting of the produced coverings is realized and that this influence can be ensured even at elevated temperatures and with economical use of materials.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the mineral composition and / or the cationic or nonionic bitumen emulsion salts of fatty acid amidoamines of the general formula:

Hydroxyalkylkohlenwasserstoffreste mit 1-12, vorzugsweise 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen und A" ein Anion, vorzugsweise Cl", HSO4, CH3COO" oder COO" ist in Mengen von 0,01 bis 15,0 Masseanteilen in % zugesetzt werden.wherein Ri is an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having 12-22, preferably 16-18 carbon atoms, Rj and R 3 Waoserstoffatome aliphatic hydrocarbon radicals or hydroxyalkyl hydrocarbon radicals having 1-12, preferably 1-4 carbon atoms and A "an anion, preferably Cl", HSO 4 , CH 3 COO "or COO" is to be added in amounts of 0.01 to 15.0 parts by mass in%.
The fatty acid amidoamine salts used according to the invention are bound by the active reaction centers of the mineral surface and shield them from the immediate reaction with the bitumen particles contained in the emulsion.
After saturation of remaining residual valence of the mineral surface but then also these first blocked centers are occupied by bitumen particles, the chemical structure of the fatty acid amine salts due to electrostatic interaction and favorable steric conditions guarantees a firm bond with high durability. The cause is a quasi cation-active adhesion promoter adequate structure of the fatty acid amide! Amine salts. This reaction mechanism also ensures the high universality of the crusher regulator according to the invention, ie. H. its safe functioning in combination with a wide variety of cationic and nonionic bituminous emulsions regardless of the pH and emulsifier system used in the emulsion. Another particular advantage of the solution proposed by the invention is in use at high temperatures, being used in road construction, z. B. may be given due to special weather conditions in midsummer.

The mixing time after this pretreatment increases from 15s to 120s, whereby in the solidified mass a good bond and no sensitivity to moisture are found. An at least equal increase in mixing time is obtained if instead of the calcium chloride Fe (III) -ChIoHd, Al (III) chloride or magnesium chloride are used.
