Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzvorrichtung für Dampfkesselheizröhren, durch welche das Undichtwerden der Befestigungsstelle der Heizröhre in der der Flamme zugewendeten Kesselwand möglichst verhütet werden soll und undicht gewordene Befestigungsstellen ohne Anwendung der Rohrwalze wieder gedichtet werden sollen. Bei der neuen Schutzvorrichtung ist in die Röhren an der Dichtungsstelle zwischen Rohr und Kesselwand eine Büchse mit die Dichtungsstelle außen umgebender Erweiterung eingeschoben, welche mit feuerfestem Mörtel ausgefüllt ist, der die Dichtungsstelle gegen die Einwirkung der Flamme abschließt.The invention relates to a protective device for steam boiler heating pipes, through which the leakage of the fastening point of the heating tube in the one facing the flame The boiler wall should be prevented as much as possible and any fastening points that have become leaky are to be sealed again without using the pipe roller.
