Abstract

The absorbent material, has a textile carrier layer of a large tubular knit, and an absorption layer with hydrophobic pile loops as a fluid carrier layer (T). It is coated (B) in a reverse/transfer action with at least two layers as a cover and a bonding layer, in a compact, hydrophilic and breathable but waterproof polyurethane. The absorbent material is coated (B) in a reverse/transfer action with at least two layers as a cover and a bonding layer, in a compact, hydrophilic and breathable but waterproof polyurethane. Alternatively, the fabric can be laminated with a film of polyurethane, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyether sulfone (PES), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or polyether block amide. The large tubular knitted fabric is a single jersey with a bonding yarn lining in a fabric weight of 200-600 g/m<2> and pref. 380 g/m<2>. A filament yarn is used for the pile loops, using texturized PP or PES, in a float binding. The piles have a height of 0.5-3.0 mm and preferably 1.0-1.5 mm. The fluid barrier supports \-1 m water column and preferably \-3 m. The capacity of the buffer/absorption layer (S) for water is \-400 ml/m<2> and pref. \-624 ml/m<2>. The breath ability/steam permeability is \-200 ml/m<2>/day and pref. \-500 ml/m<2>/day. The polyurethane cladding layer, such as of Impraperm (RTM; hydrophilic polyurethane), has a material weight of 25-130 g/m<2> and pref. 40-60 g/m<2>, giving a dry weight for the cover and bonding layers each of 25 g/m<2> \!20%. The polyurethane cladding is a compact and hydrophilic polyurethane with a solvent base or as a watery dispersion. The edges of the compound textile material are stitched round tightly with a hydrophobic and texturized yarn. Any seams in the material are stitched with yarns which swell, preferably with a twisted PES core and a cotton mantle. An additional insert is used when the material is for incontinence underpants.

Technisches GebietTechnical field

Textiles, mehrfachverwendbares Hilfsmittel zur Absorption von Harn bei Inkontinenz.Textile, reusable tool for Absorption of urine in incontinence.

Zugrundeliegendes Problem und Stand der TechnikUnderlying problem and state of the art

There are currently over 2 million incontinents aged <65 living in Germany Years (mostly men), of which approx. 400,000 were in nursing care men. In addition, there are approximately 1.7 million incontinents aged 5 to 65 years, mostly women.

Incontinents bedridden people require a medical record, washed for the purpose of saving costs, so ver should be used in the surface to keep the Skin quickly directs urine away from the body, including absorption has buffer / sorption layer and down for Ma Tratzenschutz has a waterproof barrier that is ideally breathable active, so it is permeable to water vapor to prevent sweating lieren. There are still mobile incontinent people in their society contacts significantly restricted. You have to make provisions. The Wearing diapers or nappy pants with inserts is often considered not declined according to age, especially if it is in undesirable Applies dimensions, and the PE, PP or PVC films used Rustle or crackle movement. Often missing comfort away from bulging bulges and seams means a disability of mobility. A coated textile that meets all of these requirements fulfilled at the same time is not yet available. At least part of the Requirements are already met for the products in others Patents / applications are described, and at least the one coloring diapers are preferable. It is reusable Diaper pants made of a composite (1.), but no mention value buffer capacities and with the coating for  Body is carried out, or to put together from different set individual layers (including laminates) built-up textile (2.), with porous membranes are used, which clog in principle can and have a limited elasticity. The other textiles As with the large number of pure textiles (without loading layered) of reusable diaper pants become. Disposable diapers cause reuse over those diaper pants cost significantly more (approx. DM 300-500 million annually in Germany) and a constantly growing waste problem, since also the superabsorbers used increasingly in disposable diapers biodegradable only very slowly.

Beschreibung der ErfindungDescription of the invention

It was the aim of the present invention to create a textile composite which, in the case of incontinence, involuntary urine leakage, both for bedridden immobile sufferers as a medical pad, vacuuming bed protection insert and also for use in a washable, reusable diaper pants fulfills the following tasks:

  • - Schneller Wegtransport des Harns von der Haut und Rücknässe schutz, geringe Sorptionszeiten- Rapid transport of urine away from the skin and wet back protection, low sorption times
  • - Absorption von Harn, Puffer mit einer Kapazität < 624 ml/m2, wie im Hilfsmittelverzeichnis, Produktgruppe 19, gefordert (3.)- Absorption of urine, buffer with a capacity <624 ml / m 2 , as required in the list of medical devices, product group 19 (3.)
  • - Nässesperre auf der der Haut abgewandten Seite bei gleichzeitiger hoher Atmungsaktivität (Wasserdampfdurchlässigkeit)- Moisture barrier on the side facing away from the skin with simultaneous high breathability (water vapor permeability)
  • - Waschbarkeit bei zumindest 40°C und ggf. Desinfizierbarkeit- Washability at at least 40 ° C and disinfectability if necessary
  • - Hohe Haftfestigkeit im Verbund zwischen absorbierender Schicht und Beschichtung/Nässesperre- High adhesive strength in the bond between the absorbent layer and coating / moisture barrier
  • - Weiches, elastisches Material, das nicht bzw. kaum aufträgt- Soft, elastic material that does not or hardly applies
  • - Flüssigkeitsdichte Randgestaltung bei Druckbelastung- Liquid-tight edge design under pressure

All of these requirements are met by the present invention, FIG. 1, invention. A large circular knitted fabric of the right / left binding thread lining serves as the textile carrier of the composite, which has the advantage of lower pile height compared to terry fabrics (4.). It has on the pole side an optimal moisture transport layer "T" ( Fig. 1), which is aligned in the composite textile to the body / skin. The water absorption capacity of the sorption layer "S" ( Fig. 1) of <700 ml / m 2 at a basis weight of 380 g / m 2 meets the requirements for incontinence pads (3.). The opposite side of the pile loops of the knitted twine lining is very smooth compared to double-sided pile fabrics and also to one-sided pile fabrics and is therefore particularly suitable for the purpose of moisture barrier for a coating "B" ( FIG. 1) with compact polyurethane in the transfer process (reverse coating). In contrast to a direct coating, the coating composition can hardly penetrate the textile, as a result of which the composite remains soft, the elasticity specified by the textile and the coating composition is retained, and the knitted thread lining knit and thus the entire composite retains a high storage capacity.

Hydrophilic polyurethanes, e.g. B. Impraperm, Bayer AG, Leverkusen, solvent-based or from aqueous dispersions. Two lines are given, deck dash and line. In the latter, the carrier textile flows under only ge ring pressure. Breathability and swelling of the composite are determined by the choice of polyurethane.

The edge design of the surface goods is done by tight linking with a hydrophobic, textured PES thread like that PP pole loops provide protection against rewetting.

B. auch von der Haut von Atopikern gut vertragen (5.)Contact with the skin of the person concerned takes place solely via the Pole loop (transport layer) of the carrier textile made of textured PP filament yarn. Such a surface is e.g. B. also from the skin well tolerated by atopics (5.)
