Description
- Betonverzögerer, zum Verzögern von Beton oder Mörtel auf
- Basis von Phosphaten, frei von Alkalien.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf Beton-und Mörtelverzögerer auf Basis von Phosphaten, frei von Alkalien. Es ist bekannt, daß sich z.-B. Alkaliphosphate gut für die Verzögerung von Beton-oder Mörtel eignen, diese Verzögerter gelten in ihrer Wirksamkeit allgemein für hydraulische Bindemittel. Wenn aber der Beton oder Mörtel alkaliempfindlichen Zuschlag enthält, könnten solche Verzögerer nicht angewendet werden, da die Grenze der Alkaliempfindlichkeit überschritten wird und es somit zu den bekannten Alkalischäden kommt. Die Alkalireaktionen sind bekannt und beschrieben worden u.a.
- in Dänemark von G.M. Idorn. Aus Anlaß eines schwerwiegenden Schadensfallas läßt Der Bundesminister für Verkehr nur noch Betonverzögerer auf reiner Phosphatbasis zu. ( sein Schreiben vom 2.4.1981, StB 25/58.55.10-5D'/25021 Va 811 ). In-den Fällen, wo der Beton-oder Mörtel alkaliempfindlichen Zuschlag enthält, können aber die bekannten Betonverzögerer auf Phosphatbasis nicht angewendet werden, da das in den Beton gelangende Na20-Äquivalent überschritten werden würde, die Anforderung lautet: weniger als 0,02 Gew.-, bezogen auf das Zementgewicht. Die vorliegende Erfindung erlaubt nunmehr Beton-oder Mörtel-, die alkaliempfindlichen Zuschlag enthalten, zu verzdgern, indem z.B. Phosphorsäuren, Polyphosphorsäuren oder-und Tetraphosphorsäuren neutralisiert werden mit: Ammoniak, Mono-Di-oder Triaethanolamin, andere Amine wie: z.B.

Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche Herstellung von Beton-oder Nörtelverzögerern auf Basis von Phosphorsäuren, Polyphosphorsäuren, DetraphosphorsäurenO Herstellung von Beton-oder Mörtelverzögerern, frei von Alkali, indem die Neutralisation erfolgt mit z.B. Ammoniak, Mono-Di-oder Triaetlianolamin, andere Amine wie: -z.B. Isopropanolamin, Propylamin, Dibuthylamin, wasserlösliche Amine allgemein.Betonverzögerer, zum Verzögern von Beton oder Mörtel, auf Basis von Phosphaten, frei von Alkalien, wobei der Betonverzögerer dem Mörtel oder Beton zugesetzt werten kann oder aber Bindemitteln wie Zement, PM-Bindern oder ähnlichen Binde mitteln im Werk bereits-zugemischt werden kann.
