Description

  • Glühkathodenröhre. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Glühkathodenröhre, bei der die Glühkathode aus einer chemischen Verbindung des Hafniums, z. B. Hafniumoxyd, Hafniumhydrid, besteht. Es hat sich ergeben, daß Hafniumverbindungen leicht Elektronen emittieren und daher der Energieaufwand zur Heizung einer Glühkathode bei einer gegebenen Elektronenemission sehr gering ist. Da zur Erzielung einer bestimmten Elektronenemission verhältnismäßig geringe Temperaturen notwendig sind, so ist die Lebensdauer der Glühkathoden groß.

  1. PATENTANSPRUCI3: Glühkathodenröhre, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glühkathode aus einer chemischen Verbindung des Hafniums besteht.
