Claims (7)

EP 92310986.2/0 545 678 ~&Lgr;~ 14223 H/EG 6/3 LIQUID MOLDING SYSTEMS, INC. 24.06.1996 Patentansprüche
1. Spendeventil (3) für Fluiderzeugnispackung mit: einem Randventilflansch (4), der zur Dichtung um eine Ausstoßöffnung eines Behälters für ein Fluiderzeugnis geformt ist; einem Ventilkopf (5) mit einer Randkante (42), einer Innenseite (39) und einer Außenseite (38) und einer sich dazwischen erstreckenden Mündung (6), die sich auf Verbindung mit einem vorbestimmten Ausstoßdruck ansprechend öffnet, um Fluiddurchfluß zu gestatten, und sich zum Absperren des Fluiddurchflusses schließt, wenn der vorbestimmte Ausstoßdruck entfernt wird; einer Verbindungsmuffe (7), die elastisch flexibel konstruiert ist und mit ihrem einen Ende (50) mit dem Ventilflansch (4) verbunden ist, während ein entgegengesetztes Ende (49) der Muffe mit dem Ventilkopf (5) angrenzend an dessen Randkante verbunden ist, wodurch bei Ausübung von den vorbestimmten Ausstoßdruck überschreitendem Druck auf die Innenseite des Ventilkopfes der Ventilkopf sich derart nach außen bewegt, daß dadurch die Verbindugsmuffe umgebogen und rollgestreckt wird, um die Mündung zu öffnen.
2. Spendeventil nach Anspruch 1, worin das entgegengesetzte Ende (49) der Verbindungsmuffe (7) mit dem Ventilkopf (5) angrenzend an dessen Außenseite (38) verbunden ist zur Drehmomentunterstützung beim Öffnen der Mündung.

Spendeventil nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, worin der Randventilflansch (4) eine Außenseite (32) und eine Innenseite (34) hat und die Verbindungsmuffe (7) so gestaltet ist, daß sich der Ventilkopf (5) zwischen einer voll zurückgezogenen Einlagerungsposition auf der Innenseite des Randventilflansches und einer voll ausgestreckten Spendeposition auf der Außenseite des Randventilflansches bewegen kann.

4. Spendeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin die Innenseite (39) oder/und die Außenseite (38) des Ventil'kopfes (5) eine solche Bogenform hat, daß bei Bewegung des Ventilkopfes zwischen einer voll zurückgezogenen Position und einer voll ausgestreckten Position der Ventilkopf von der Verbindungsmuffe in einer Weise nach innen zusammengedrückt wird, die schnelles und zwangsläufiges Öffnen und Schließen der Mündung (6) verursacht.
5. Spendeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin die Außenseite (38) des Ventilkopfes einen gekrümmten Teil hat, der aufgrund seiner Gestalt eine allgemein konkave Orientierung annimmt, wenn die Mündung (6) geschlossen ist, und eine allgemein konvexe Orientierung, wenn die Mündung offen ist, derart, daß Einwärtskompression und Drehmomentbeaufschlagung des Ventilkopfes durch die Verbindungsmuffe (7) sich zur elastischen Offenhaltung der Mündung vereinigen, wodurch der zur Aufrechterhaltung des Fluidflusses durch die Mündung erforderliche Druck wesentlich kleiner ist als der vorbestimmte Schwellwertdruck, um für größere Erleichterung des Spendevorgangs und der Fließsteuerung zu sorgen.

Spendeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin der Ventilkopf (5) eine allgemein konvexe Orientierung hat, wenn die Mündung (6) offen ist, und so gestaltet ist, daß die Mündung (6) sich selbsttätig in die voll offene Position bewegt, wenn der Ventilkopf seine allgemein konvexe Orientierung annimmt, derart, daß die Fluidfließrate durch die Mündung relativ konstant ist, selbst wenn Drücke im Behälter zwischen normalen vorbestimmten Werten variieren.
7. Selbstdichtendes Spendeventil (3) für Fluiderzeugnisverpackung und dergleichen mit: einem Randventilflansch (4), der zur abdichtenden Anbringung des Spendeventils in einer Packung (1) eines gewählten Fluiderzeugnisses geformt ist;
einem Ventilkopf (5), in dem sich eine Ausstoßmündung (6) befindet, die sich auf einen vorbestimmten Ausstoßdruck ansprechend öffnet, um Fluiddurchfluß zu gestatten, und die sich zum Absperren des Fluiddurchflusses schließt, wenn der vorbestimmte Ausstoßdruck entfernt wird; wobei der Ventilkopf (5) eine Außenseite (38) mit einer sich nach außen krümmenden, von einem ersten Radius definierten bogenförmigen Seitenaufrißform hat sowie eine Innenseite (39) mit einem Mittelteil (41) von allgemein flacher Seitenaufrißform und einem Randteil (40), welcher eine von einem zweiten Radius, der größer ist als der erste Radius, definierte, sich nach außen krümmende bogenförmige Seitenaufrißform hat; wobei sich die Ausstoßmündung von dem Mittelteil (41) der besagten Außenfläche zu der Innenfläche des Ventilkopfes erstreckt, um leichtes und vollständiges Öffnen der Ausstoßmündung zu erreichen, wenn sie mit dem vorbestimmten Ausstoßdruck beaufschlagt wird, und um sicheres und vollständiges Schließen der Ausstoßöffnung zu gewährleisten, wenn der vorbestimmte Ausstoßdruck aufhört.
