Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung sulfonierter Kondensationsprodukte aus höhermolekularen Fettsäurealkylamiden und aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen - Gegenstand der Patentschrift 644 13 1 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung sulfonierter KondensationsprodukteaushöhermolekularenFettsäureestern und aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, welches darin besteht, daß man aroinatische Kohlenwasserstoffe mit solclienFettsäureestern, die mindestens eine freie Oxygruppe im Alkoholrest enthalten, in einem Arbeitsgang durch Behandlung mit Sulfonierungsmitteln im Überschuß kondensiert und sulfonier.t. Die erhaltenen Produkte stellen gute Ernulgierungs-, Reinigungs- und Netzmittel dar. Wie weiterhin gefunden wurde, gelangt man zu ähnlichen Körpern, wenn man an Stelle der erwähnten Fettsäureester solche Fettsäurealkylamide benutzt, die mindestens eine freie Oxygruppe im N-Allzylrest enthalten und deren Säuren in Form von Alkalisalzen Seifencharakter haben. Bei der Kondensation tritt wahrscheinlich das Hydroxyl dieser N-Oxyalkylgruppe mit einem Wasserstoffatom des Kohlenwasserstoffs als Wasser aus. Die Sulfonierung erfolgt im aromatischen Rest.
- Der wahrscheinliche Reaktionsverlauf ist aus folgenden typischen Gleichungen ersichtlich: Beispiel 96 Teile Kokosfettsä.ureoxyäthylaiüid (erhalten durch mehrstilndiges Wärmen von Kokosfettsäure init .-.iMonoäthanolamin auf 16o'),42TeileEssigsäureanhydridum55Tei > Naphthalin werden bei 6o' langsam in-38o Teilen Oleuin (2o Proz. SOJ unter gutem Rühren versetzt. Nach beendetem Eintragen rührt man noch einige Zeit, bis eine Probe sich leicht und klar in Wasser löst. Dann bringt man das Sulfonierungsgemisch auf 3ooo Teile Eis und stellt mit etwa 6oo Teilen konzentrierter Natriumhydroxydlösung schwach alkalisch ein. Die Lösung wird z. B. auf dein Walzentrockner eingedampft. Das erhaltene Produkt ist ein gutes Waschmittel für Schweißwolle. Ausbeute etwa 75o Teile.

- PAT E NT ANS PRUCI-1 - Abänderung des Verfahrens des Haupta t ll e, Its 644 131 zur Herstellung sulfo-.vierter Kondensationsprodukte, dadurch #Xekennzeichnet, daß man hier an Stelle der höhermolekularen Fettsäureester, die iiiiiidestens eine freie Oxygruppe im Alkoholrest enthalten, solche höhermolekulareii Fettsäurealkylainide, die mindestens eine freie Oxygruppe im N-Alkylrest enthalten, in einem Arbeitsgang mit aromatischen l#.'-ohlenwasserstoffen durch Behandlung iiiit Sulfonierungsmitteln im überschuß kondensiert und sulfoniert.
