Claims (27)
1. Membran zur Trennung von Stoffen, die an ein erstes Protein in einer ersten Flüssigkeit (A)
gebunden sind, durch Entlangleiten der ersten Flüssigkeit (A) an einer Seite einer
semipermeablen Membran und einer zweiten Flüssigkeit (B), welche ein Akzeptorprotein mit einer
Akzeptorfunktion für die Stoffe enthält, an der anderen Seite der Membran, wobei die
Membran einen Durchtritt der Stoffe zuläßt, aber einen Durchtritt des ersten Proteins und des
Akzeptorproteins der zweiten Flüssigkeit (B) im wesentlichen ausschließt, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß ein Akzeptorprotein, welches eine Affinität für die Membran und eine
Akzeptorfunktion für die Stoffe aufweist, an beide Seiten der Membran gebunden ist.
2. Membran nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch zwei funktional verschiedene Teile,
einem ersten Teil mit einer trennenden Membranfunktion, welche einen Durchtritt der Stoffe
zuläßt und das erste Protein in der ersten Flüssigkeit (A) und das Akzeptorprotein in der
zweiten Flüssigkeit (B) ausschließt, und einem zweiten Teil mit einer Pforten- und
Adsorptionsfunktion.
3. Membran nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Teil eine tunnelartige
Struktur auf der Seite, welche der ersten Flüssigkeit (A) zugewandt ist, aufweist, wobei die
Tunnel eine Länge von weniger als etwa 10 um und einen Durchmesser, der ausreichend
klein ist, um das erste Protein in der ersten Flüssigkeit (A) und das Akzeptorprotein in der
zweiten Flüssigkeit (B) auszuschließen, haben, und daß der zweite Teil eine finger- oder
schwammartige Pforten- und Adsorptionsstruktur auf der Seite, welche der zweiten
Flüssigkeit (B) zugewandt ist, aufweist.
4. Membran nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Tunnel weniger
als 3 um beträgt.
5. Membran nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Tunnel weniger
als 0,1 um beträgt.
6. Membran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das
Membranmaterial aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, welche Polysulfone, Polyamide, Polycarbonate,
Polyester, Acrylonitrilpolymere, Vinylalkoholpolymere, Acrylatpolymere, Methacrylatpolymere
und Celluloseacetatpolymere enthält.
7. Membran nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Membranmaterial
Polysulfon enthält.
8. Membran nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Membranmaterial Polyamid
enthält.
9. Membran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das
Akzeptorprotein humanes Serumalbumin umfaßt.
10. Verfahren zur Trennung von Stoffen, die an ein erstes Protein in einer ersten Flüssigkeit (A)
gebunden sind, indem man die erste Flüssigkeit (A) an einer Seite einer semipermeablen
Membran und eine zweite Flüssigkeit (B) an der anderen Seite der Membran entlangleitet,
wobei die Membran einen Durchtritt der Stoffe zuläßt, aber einen Durchtritt des ersten
Proteins im wesentlichen ausschließt, und die zweite Flüssigkeit (B) ein Akzeptorprotein mit einer
Akzeptorfunktion für die Stoffe enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Membran
vor der Trennungsstufe auf beiden Seiten mit dem Akzeptorprotein, welches eine Affinität für
die Membran und eine Akzeptorfunktion für die Stoffe aufweist, imprägniert, indem man eine
Imprägnierlösung, welche das Akzeptorprotein enthält, an beiden Seiten der Membran für
eine Zeitdauer, die ausreicht, um ein Eindringen und eine Adsorption des Akzeptorproteins
auf beiden Seiten der Membran zuzulassen, entlangleitet.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran zwei funktional
verschiedene Teile aufweist, einen ersten Teil mit einer trennenden Membranfunktion,
welche einen Durchtritt der Stoffe zuläßt und das erste Protein in der ersten Flüssigkeit (A) und
das Akzeptorprotein in der zweiten Flüssigkeit (B) im wesentlichen ausschließt, und einen
zweiten Teil mit einer Pforten- und Adsorptionsfunktion.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran einen
ersten Teil umfaßt, welcher eine trennende Funktion mit einer tunnelartigen Struktur auf der
Seite, welche der ersten Flüssigkeit (A) zugewandt ist, aufweist, wobei die Tunnel eine
Länge von weniger als 10 um und einen Durchmesser, der ausreichend klein ist, um das erste
Protein in der ersten Flüssigkeit (A) und das Akzepetorprotein in der zweiten Flüssigkeit (B)
im wesentlichen auszuschließen, aufweisen, und einen zweiten Teil mit einer finger- oder
schwammartigen Pforten- und Adsorptionsstruktur auf der Seite, welche der zweiten
Flüssigkeit (B) zugewandt ist.
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Tunnel der
Membran weniger als 5 um beträgt.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Tunnel der
Membran weniger als 0,1 um beträgt.
15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das
Membranmaterial aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die Polysulfone, Polyamide, Polycarbonate,
Polyester, Acrylonitrilpolymere, Vinylalkoholpolymere, Acrylatpolymere, Methacrylatpolymere
und Celluloseacetatpolymere enthält.
16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Membranmaterial
Polysulfon enthält.
17. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste
Flüssigkeit (A) Blut enthält.
18. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste
Flüssigkeit (A) Plasma enthält.
19. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das
Akzeptorprotein humanes Serumalbumin umfaßt.
20. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite
Flüssigkeit (B) humanes Serumalbumin in einer Konzentration von etwa 1 bis etwa 50 g pro
100 ml enthält.
21. Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Flüssigkeit (B)
humanes Serumalbumin in einer Konzentration von etwa 6 bis etwa 40 g pro 100 ml enthält.
22. Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Flüssigkeit (8)
humanes Serumalbumin in einer Konzentration von etwa 8 bis etwa 30 g pro 100 ml enthält.
23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Flüssigkeit (B)
humanes Serumalbumin in einer Konzentration von etwa 8 bis etwa 20 g pro 100 ml enthält.
24. Verwendung einer Flüssigkeit als die zweite Flüssigkeit (B) in dem Verfahren gemäß
Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeit in Form von Ionen 130 bis 145
mmol/1000 ml Natrium, 1,0 bis 2, 5 mmol/1000 ml Calcium, 2,0 bis 4,0 mmol/1000 ml Kalium,
0,2 bis 0,8 mmol/1000 ml Magnesium, 100 bis 110 mmol/1000 ml Chlorid, 1 bis 50 g/100 ml
humanes Serumalbumin und entweder 2 bis 10 mmol/1000 ml Acetat und 30 bis 40
mmol/1000 ml Bicarbonat oder 30 bis 40 mmol/1000 ml Acetat ohne Bicarbonat enthält.
25. Verwendung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeit 6 bis 40
g/100 ml humanes Serumalbumin enthält.
526. Verwendung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeit 8 bis 30
g/100 ml humanes Serumalbumin enthält.
27. Verwendung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeit 8 bis 20
g/100 ml humanes Serumalbumin enthält.
