Description
- Wasserfeste Abdeckpaste Pasten zum Abdecken der menschlichen Haut oder technischer Teile, die -vor der Beschmutzung durch Farbspritzer beschützt werden sollen, sind bekannt.
- So ist auch eine Abdeckpaste nach den Patenten 68I 0I9 bzw. 7I229 und 725226 bekannt; die Abdeckpaste besteht aus Methylcellulose, Wasser, Vaselinöl tuend Glycerin. An die Stelle von Methylcellulose können Äthylcellulose und andere Celluloseäther, an Stelle von Vaselinöl können weitere Öle, wie Leinöl, Holzöl, Tran, treten. Bei dieser Abdeckpaste ist jedoch noch als Nachteil festzustellen, daßsie nicht genügend wasserfest ist. Dieser Mangel wird durch die nachstehende Erfindung beseitigt.
- Die neue wasserfeste Abdeckpaste besteht aus Methyl- oder Äthylcellulose oder einem anderen Celluloseäther, Vaselinöl oder ölen pflanzlichen oder mineralischen Ursprungs, Wasser und Glycerin, wobei dieser Zusammensetzung als Härtungs- und Schutzmnittel Lacke aller Art, wie Spiritus-, öl-, Kunstharz-, Nitro-, Chlorkautschuklack, Wachslösungen oder Gummiarabicum, beigegeben sind. Das Gummiarabicum wird in flüssigem Zustand, zweckmäßig im Verhältnis I : 5 bis I : Io, in Wasser gelöst, zugegeben.
- Eine brauchbare Zusammensetzung ist etwa die nachstehende: 5009 Methyl- oder Athylcellulose oder andere Cellulos,eäther in Wasser gelöst, Lösung i : i o, 16o- Vaselinöl oder öle mineralischen oder pflanzlichen Ursprungs, 140.- Glycerin oder Glykol,' 40 .- Wachs oder Lacklösungen (Spiritus-, (il-, Nitro-, Kunstharz- oder_Chlorkautschttklack ).
- Die Zusammensetzungen können in wteiteit Grenzen schwanken.
- Durch die oben angeführten Zusätze an Härtungsmitteln wird die an sich wasserlö liche Paste wasserfest, so daß sie auch bei Außenarbeiten angewandt werden kann, ohne hei plötzlich einsetzendem Regeen abgewasclen zu werden. Die masserfeste Paste ist jedoch ahzielibar.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Wasserfcste Abdcckpaste. bestehend aus Methyl-, Äthyl- oder anderen Celluloseäthern, Vaselinöl oder anderen pflanzlichen oder mineralischen Ölen. Wasser und Glycerin, dadurch gekennzeichnet, claß die Paste als Härtungs- und Schutzmittel Lacke aller Art (Spiritus-, Öl-. Kunstharz-. Nitro-, Gllorlautschuklacke Waclslösumgen oder Gutnniarabicum enthält.
