PATENTAMT.
Die in der beiliegenden Zeichnung im Schnitt dargestellte neue Breitwaschmaschine besitzt den Vortheil, dafs sie den zu dem Waschprocefs bei den bisher bekannten Breitwaschmaschinen nöthigen Zeitaufwand in bedeutendem Mafse verkürzt und eine bessere Reinigung erzielt, indem sie die Vortheile der Breit-und Strangwaschmaschine in sich vereinigt.
Dieser Vortheil wird dadurch erreicht, dafs das Gewebe G aufser durch das bekannte Quetschwalzenpaar α b noch auf dem Trogboden in der Waschlauge, wo es in Falten liegt, durch einen, zwei oder mehrere in der Verticalrichtung auf- und abgehende Stampfen f einer Quetschung unterworfen wird. Insbesondere dadurch, dafs diese Quetschung des Gewebes in Falten in der Waschlauge geschieht, wird eine schnelle und gute Reinigung desselben erzielt.
Die Bewegung dieser Reinigungsvorrichtung wird von der Triebachse g vermittelst der Kurbel h bewirkt, indem dieselbe in den Schlitz i greift und den um den Zapfen k drehbaren Hebel / in schwingende Bewegung setzt, wodurch die an den beiden Armen m des letzteren hängenden Stampfen/ abwechselnd gehoben werden und wieder auf den Boden auffallen.

Claims (1)

  1. Patent-Anspruch:
    Eine Breitwaschmaschine für Gewebe, bei welcher der Waschprocefs dadurch beschleunigt wird, dafs das Gewebe in Falten auf dem Trogboden durch abwechselnd gehobene und auf den Boden auffallende Stampfen (f) oder dergl. in der Waschlauge einem Quetschprocefs unterworfen wird.
