Durch Säurebehandlung verschiedener Rohrzuckerarten erhaltener Invertzucker konnte hierfür wegen der von der Herstellung herrührenden Säure, auch nach der Neutralisierung infolge der vorhandenen Salzmenge, keine Anwendung finden. Es ist nun gefunden worden, dass dieses gelingt und dass Invertzucker an Stelle von Traubenzucker benutzt werden kann, wenn man den Säure- oder Salzgehalt mit Hilfe der Dialyse entfernt. Die Flüssigkeit wird zu diesem Zwecke einer Dialyse gegen Wasser unterworfen, bis alle vorhandene Säure bzw.
