Abstract

The system comprises a tobacco filling encased in a wrapping matching the tobacco portion for insertion into the interior of the filter cigarette paper sleeve. An implement in the form of a thin, rigid metal or plastics tube with two ends has the tobacco portion packet inserted through one end. The cigarette paper sleeve is placed over it from the other end. After the portion-packet has been inserted into the transfer tube, the wrapping is removed. The tobacco filling removed from its wrapping is inserted through a piston guided in the rigid tube and inserted into the cigarette interior of the filter cigarette paper sleeve slid over the transfer pipe.
