(54) Fastgøreis es element til forankring i byggedele.
Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et fastgørelseselement til forankring i byggedele, og bestående af en spredebøsning og en til udvidelse af spredebøsningen tjenende spredebolt med en spredekonus, der er placeret ved fastgørelseselementets indføringsende, og med et gevindafsnit modsat spredekonussen og med en diameter, som i det væsentlige er lig den mindste diameter af spredekonussen, O samt en skaftdel, hvis udvendige diameter tilnærmelsesvis

q er lig med den udvendige diameter af den uudspredte spre- X) debøsning, og som har et indvendigt gevind svarende til ί :* t 3 U4862 2 spredeboltens udvendige gevind.
Et sådant fastgørelseselement er kendt fra tysk offentliggørelse nr. 2.114.036. Ved dette befæstigelses-element fastspændes genstanden, som skal fastgøres, til gevindet på spredebolten efter at fastgørelseselementet ved hjælp af en særlig nøgle er blevet forankret i byggedelen. Dette medfører to væsentlige ulemper. For det første er det ikke muligt at foretage en gennemstiksmontage, der forudsætter at fastgørelseselementet i den del, som griber ind i genstanden, som skal fastgøres, har en diameter, der svarer til den uudspredte spredebøsning. Kun hvis denne forudsætning er opfyldt er det muligt at bore hullet samtidigt i genstanden og i byggedelen og i tilslutning hertil uden at fjerne genstanden fra byggedelen at skubbe fastgørelseselementet ind i borehullet. Ved montering af det kendte fastgørelseselement ved gennemstiksmontage ville genstanden, der skal fastgøres, savne en af-støtning i sideretningen på befæstigelsesskruen. Desuden ville der opstå problemer med en anlægsflade for møtrikken på befæstigelsesskruen. En ulempe ved det kendte fastgørelseselement er desuden, at de største snit- og bøjningspåvirkninger optræder på det svageste sted af det kendte fastgørelseselement.
Den anden ulempe ved det kendte fastgørelseselement er at forankringsprocessen og fastgørelsesprocessen til fastspændingen af genstanden, der skal fastgøres, er adskilte processer. Dette betyder ikke blot en yderligere risiko for montagefejl, men desuden en forøgelse af montage-tiden, da der for hver skrueproces skal anvendes forskellige værktøjer, hvoraf det ene til udspredningsprocessen endda er et specialværktøj.
Det kendte fastgørelseselement kræver desuden et borehul, der inden for små tolerancer nøjagtigt skal svare til den udvendige diameter af fastgørelseselementet. Selv om disse små tolerancer er overholdt er det ikke udelukket, at der kan ske en meddrejning af sprededelen, hvilket ude- 3 UÅ862 lukker forankringen.
Opgaven for den foreliggende opfindelse er at tilvejebringe et fastgørelseselement, der kan fremstilles af metal, og som undgår de nævnte ulemper ved det kendte fastgørelseselement, og som især udmærker sig ved stor bøjningsstivhed, og som på enkel måde er anvendeligt ved gennemstiksmontage.
Fastgørelseselementet ifølge opfindelsen er ejendommeligt ved, at skaftdelen er udformet som en bolt, der ved dens modsat det indvendige gevind beliggende ende er indrettet til at gribe fat i genstanden, der skal fastgøres, ved hjælp af et til befæstigelse af genstanden tjenende modleje, og at der mellem skaftdelens og spredebøsningens mod hinanden vendte endeflader er en formstofring, som er forsynet med en udover yderfladen af spredebøsningen delvis overgribende flange.
Fastgørelseselementet tillader gennemstiksmontagen og har netop i området for de største bøjnings- og snit-kræfter sit stærkeste tværsnit. Ved indretning af et modleje i området ved endefladen af skaftdelen, der tilsvarende er forlænget, opnås der en samtidig forankring af elementet og fastspænding af genstanden til byggedelen.
Der kræves således kun en enkelt skrueproces med et enkelt drejeværktøj til montagen af fastgørelseselementet.
Ved hjælp af den mellem skaftdelen og spredebøsningen placerede formstofring, som er forsynet med en ud over yderfladen af spredebøsningen delvis overgribende flange, forøges den udvendige diameter af spredebøsningen en smule. Da formstoffet er elastisk, virker den på form-stofringen placerede flange inden for et vidt tolerance-område som drejesikring. Dette er netop i begyndelsesstadiet meget vigtigt for i det hele taget at muliggøre forankringen.
Ved anlægget af flangen mod borehullets væg opnås der endvidere en aftætning, som forhindrer indtrængen af væske i spredeområdet af befæstigelseselementet. Der opnås 4 1448S2 derved en korrosionsbeskyttelse, som gør det muligt selv efter lang tid at løsne fastgørelseselementet, hvis dette ønskes.
Ifølge en videreudvikling i henhold til opfindelsen er modlejet en på et udvendigt gevind placeret på skaftdelens ud af borehullet ragende ende påskruet hættemøtrik.
Der er herved mulighed for efter genstandens fastgørelse at nedtage genstanden uden at berøre forankringen af fastgørelseselementet .
Tegningen viser et udførelseseksempel for opfindelsen, idet der vises et fastgørelseselement delvis i snit.
Det afbildede fastgørelseselement 1 består af en tråd, der er opviklet som en blokfjeder og danner en spre-debøsning 2, samt af en spredebolt 3, der på den ende, der ligger modsat indføringsenden, er forlænget med et gevindafsnit 4. På dette gevindafsnit 4 kan der skrues en skaftdel 5 med et indvendigt gevind 6 og med en ydre diameter, der svarer til diameteren af den ikke spredte spredebøs-ning 2. Skaftdelen 5 har midler til påsætning af et dreje-værktøj. I den viste udførelsesform består dette af et med skaftdelen 5 til et stykke forblindet sekskanthoved 7.
Skaftdelens 5 indre gevind 6 har ved mundingen en friboring 8, der tjener til at lette påskruningen af skaftdelen 5 på gevindafsnittet 4. I en ringnot 9 på fribo-ringen 8 er der indlagt en elastisk formstofring 10, der trykker mod gevindet i gevindafsnittet 4 og derved danner en skruesikring.
Spredebolten 3 har ved indsætningsenden et hoved 11, hvis ydre diameter svarer til diameteren af et borehul 12 i et murværk 13. Dette hoved forhindrer, at spre-debøsningen 2 eller fjederen kan glide bort over sprede-boltens spredekonus.
På den ende af spredebøsningen 2, der ligger modsat indføringsenden, er der påsat en kappe 14 af formstof, der dels formindsker gnidningen mellem skaftdelen 5 og spredebøsningen 2 og dels tjener som drejesikring og tætning ved hjælp af sin flange 15, der delvis omslutter spredebøsningen 2.
