Opfindelsen angâr en fremgangsmâde til fastg0relse af et lâg til en beholder, hvilken fremgangsmâde er af den i krav l's indledning nærmere angivne art.
En sâdan fremgangsmâde kendes fra US-patentskrift nr. 2.743.859. 5 Dette skrift omhandler en maskine med en dorn, som kan indf0-res delvis i beholderens hoveddel, og hvori der i- udsparinger er lejret kæber, der kan bevæges mod dornen med henblik pâ at presse et lâgs randdel mod hoveddelens âbningsrand. I yderligere udsparinger.i dornen er der anbragt elektriske 10 varmeelementer, hvorfra varmen fordeles i ait væsentligt ensartet til samtlige. dele af dornen og de dermed samvirken-de bevægelige kæber, som star i god varmeledende forbindelse med dornen. Den varme, der fordeles til samtlige dele af dornen og kæberne, vil let blive afgivet til den omgivende atmo-15 sfære, hvad der dels medf0rer store varmetab, dels en stor usikkerhed med hensyn til hvorvidt de forskellige dele har den optimale temperatur til opnâelse af en god varmforsegling mellem lâget og beholderens hoveddel.
Desuden vil kæbernes stadige frem- og tilbagegâende bevæ-20 gelse i udsparingerne i dornen medf0re slitage med deraf f0l-gende spillerum mellem delene, hvad der efterhânden g0r ma-skinen mindre driftsxkkèr.
Fra DE-offentligg0relsesskrift nr. 2.527.480 kendes ogsâ en maskine til varmforsegling af lâg pâ kartonbeholdere under 25 anvendelse af en central opvarmet dorn. Hvad varmetabenene og temperaturfordelingen angâr, er denne maskine derfor be-hæftet med de samme mangler som den i ovennævnte US-patentskrift nr. 2.743.859 omtalte maskine.
Den fra nævnte DE-patentskrift kendte maskine omfatter bevæ-30 gelige presseorganer, der ér anbragt omkring dornen eller det centrale presseorgan, idet hvert af de bevægelige presseorganer ved hjælp af en parallelogram-mekanisme er forbundet med et fælles hoved pâ en sâdan mâde, at de kan bevæges i vandret retning hen imod og bort fra det centrale presseor-

2 gan, idet parallelogram-mekanismerne ved hjælp af ledstænger er forbundet med en slæde, som ved hjælp af drivorganer kan bevæges i lodret retning, og idet det centrale presseorgan er anbragt stationært i maskinen.
5 I denne kendte maskine er det sâledes ogsâ n0dvendigt at tilvejebringe organer til at bevæge en beholder i opadgâende retning i forhold til det centrale presseorgan, for at sidst-nævnte skal kunne indf0res i beholderen.

Ved at presse lâget mod beholder-hoveddelen ved hjælp af elastiske organer opnâs en god ber0ring mellem de dele, der skal fastg0res til hinanden, og ved anvendelse af aluminium-folie, der opvarmes ved induktionsopvarmning fra h0jfrekvens-15 spoler pâ begge sider af de elastiske organer, kan der opnâs en effektiv opvarmning, der er begrænset til det 0nskede om-râde, sâledes at den kun kræver en forholdsvis ringe energi-raængde.
Opfindelsen angâr ogsâ en maskine til ud0velse af fremgangs-20 mâden if01ge opfindelsen. Denne maskine er af den i krav 3's indledning angivne art, og er if0lge opfindelsen ejendommelig ved den i krav 3's kendetegnende del angivne udformning og in-retning.

Fig. 1 viser en beholders egentlige beholderdél 1 i form :af 'et r0r med kvadratisk tværsnitsform samt et kvadratisk lâg 2, inden dette fastg0res til beholderdelen 1. I fig, 2 er lâget 2 som anbragt pâ beholderdelen 1 inden varmforseglingen vist 10 med stiplede linier og efter varmforseglingen med sammenhæn-gende linier. Beholderdelen 1, der bestâr af papir eller kar-ton, er bâde pâ den udvendige og den indvendige overflade belagt med et termoplastisk formstoflag la, og den har en âb-ning ved sin 0vre ende. Lâget 2, der pâ tilsvarende mâde be-15 star af papir eller karton, har et aluminiumfolielag 2a fast-klæbet til sin bagside. Over en nederste overflade pâ alumini-umfolielaget 2a er der endvidere formet et termoplastisk formstoflag 2c. Lâget 2 fremstilles ud fra et kvadratisk stykke papir eller karton, der omfatter aluminiumfolielaget 2a og 20 det tèrmoplastiske formstoflag 2c, og hvori der ved de fire hj0rner er udformet udskæringer 2d ved, at hver sidedel af emnet foldes dobbelt med forsiden udad til dannelse af en til varmforsegling pâ beholderâbningen indrettet randfatning 2b, der rager opad og har en omvendt V-formet tværsnitsform ved 25 hver sidedel af lâget. Ved hjælp af en maskine, der er ad-skilt fra maskinen if0lge opfindelsen, anbringes lâget 2 over âbningen i beholderdelen 1 med randfatningen 2b l0st indskudt ovenfra pâ âbningens omkreds.
Fig. 3-7 viser en varmforseglingsmaskine if0lge opfindelsen, 3q der er anbragt oven over en beholdertransport0r C. Ved hjælp af en holder H pâ transport0ren C fremf0res beholderdelen 1 med det derpâ anbragte, men endnu ikke varmforseglede lâg 2 i retning af pilen A til en forud bestemt stilling umiddel-bart under maskinen.

Varmforseglingsmaskinen bestâr i hovedsagen af en hydraulisk slædel0ftecylinder 3, en slæde 4, der er anbragt under cy-linderens stempelstang 3a, et lodret bevægeligt bærehoved 5, der er ophængt i slæden 4, et fast presseorgan 6, der er kva-5 dratisk set ovenfra og er fastgjort til undersiden af bære-hovedet 5, et par "opdelte" bevægelige presseorganer 7, der er anbragt omkring det faste presseorgan 6 og vandret gliden-de lejret pâ bærehovedet 5 henimod og bort fra det faste presseorgan 6, saint en h0jfrekvens-varmespôle 8, der er fastgjort 10 til bærehovedet 5 og omgiver det faste presseorgan 6. Den ydre omkreds pâ det faste presseorgan 6 er sâledes udformet, at den passer sammen med indersiden pâ randfatningen 2b pâ lâget 2, medens den indre omkreds pâ de bevægelige presseorganer 7 er sâledes udformet, at den passer sammen med de 15 udvendige overflader pâ randfatningen 2b. Mellem det faste presseorgan 6 og h0jfrekvensspolen 8 er der dannet en fri-gang, hvor randfatningen 2b kan indf0res.
Den hydrauliske cylinder 3 er rettet lodret nedad og bæres af to bærestolper 13 og 14 pâ en cirkelrund monteringsplade 12, 20 der er fastgjort til et maskinstel F og lukker en âbning, der er udformet i maskinstellet. Slæden 4 omfatter en i lodret retning bevægelig stang 4A, der strækker sig gennem monterings-i pladen 12 og er fastgjort til den nederste endeaf den til cylinderen 3 h0rende stempelstang 3a, samt en ligeledes i lod-25 ret retning bevægelig tallerken 4B, der er fastgjort til en f lange 41 pâ den bevægelige stang 4A. Et par over for hinan-den beliggende lejeflige 42 anbragt pâ hver af de modsatte sider af stangen 4A strækker sig nedad fra undersiden af den bevægelige tallerken 4B. En ledstang 11 strækker sig 30 skrât nedad fra sin 0verste ende, der er anbragt mellem to lejeflige 42 og svingeligt lejret til disse ved hjælp af en vandret tap 15, jfr. 5. I den lodret bevægelige stang 4A er der udformet en styreboring 43, der strækker sig opad fra stangens nederste ende, og hvori der med tæt pasning er an-35 bragt en b0sning 16. Den 0verste del med stor diameter er indpasset i styreboringen 43. ünder flangen 41 er der pâ den lodret bevægelige stang 4A udformet 5 et udvendigt gevind 44, hvorpâ der er indskruet en lâsem0trik 18 og en justeringsm0trik 19, som ogsâ tjener til at fast-holde glidestangen 17. Den mellemste del med den mellemstore diameter pâ glidestangen 17 er indf0rt gennem den nederste ende af justeringsm0trikken 19, hvori der er udformet en ind-10 adragende flange 19a, der fra undersiden indgribêr med det 0vre trin 17a, hvorved glidestangen 17 forhindres i at glide ud af styreboringen 43.
Det i lodret retning bevægelige bærehoved 5 er udformet med et lodret gennemgâende hul 51. Den nederste del med den mindste 15 diameter pâ glidestangen 17 er indf0rt gennem hullet 51, idet dettes overkant nedefra ligger an mod det nedre trin 17b pâ glidestangen 17. Den nederste ende af glidestangen 17 rager ned forbi bærehovedet 5 og er udformet med et udvendigt gevind 54. I det faste presseorgan 6 er der pâ undersiden ud·^ 20 formet en fordybning, idet en gennemgâende boring forbinder denne fordybning med organets overside. Den nederste del med den mindste diameter pâ glidestangen 17 er indf0rt gennem den nævnte boring, og i fordybningen 55 er en m0trik 56 indskruet pâ det udvendige gevind 54, hvorved bærehovedet 5 25 og det faste presseorgan 6 er fastgjort til hinanden mellem det nedre trin 17b og m0trikken 56. Omkring hullet 51 er der pâ undersiden af bærehovedet 5 udformet et antal fordybnin-ger 52, idet gennemgâende boringer er udformet i fortsættelse af disse fordybninger. Pâ den nederste ende af hver af et 30 antal styrestænger 9 er der udformet en del med mindre diameter, der strækker sig gennem de nævnte boringer, samt en del med et udvendigt gevind 57, der er beliggende inden i fordybningen 52 og rager ud fra boringen. Ved hjælp af m0trikker 58, der er fastspændt pâ de udvendige gevind 57 35 pâ styrestængerne 9, bringes styrestængerne 9 omkring glidestangen 17 til at strække sig opad fra bærehovedet 5. Pâ

6 raonteringspladen 12 og strækkende sig igennem denne er der anbragt flangeb0sninger 21, hvorigennem de 0verste ender af styrestængerne 9 er glidende indf0rt. I den lodret bevæge-lige tallerken 4B er der udformet boringer, hvorigennem de 5 mellemste dele af styrestængerne 9 strækker sig, idet der i hver boring med tæt pasning er anbragt en b0sning 45. Mellem den bevægelige tallerken 4B og bærehovedet 5 er der indskudt skruetrykfjedre 20, der passer omkring styrestængerne 9.
Den del af hver styrestang 9, der rager op forbi styreb0s-10 ningen 21, er udformet med et udvendigt gevind 29. En juste-ringsm0trik 22, der ogsâ tjener til at forhindre styrestan-gen 9 fra at falde ud af monteringspladen 12 ved at ligge an mod oversiden af styreb0sningen 21, samt en lâsem0trik 30 for justeringsm0trikken 22 , er indskruet pâ det udvendige 15 gevind 29.
Pâ hver af de modsat overfor hinanden beliggende sider af det lodret bevægelige bærehoved 5 er der udformet et udad-rettet fremspring 53, jfr. fig. 6, hvortil de mellemste dele af et par ledstænger 19, der er indrettet til at betjene de 20 bevægelige presseorganer 7, er hængselforbundet ved hjælp af vandrette tappe 23. Den 0verste ende af ledstangen 10 er ved hjælp af en vandret tap 24 ledforbundet med den nederste ende af -ledstangen 11, og den nederste ende er ved hjælp af en vandret tap 25 ledforbundet med det bevægelige presseor-25 gan 7. Parallelt med ledstængerne 10 er der anbragt parallelo-gram-ledstænger 28, der forbinder det bevægelige presseorgan 7 med bærehovedet 5 pâ en sâdan mâde, at det bevægelige presseorgan 7 til ethvert tidspunkt hoIdes i en vandret oriente-ring.
30 Som det fremgâr af fig. 7, er de bevægelige presseorganer 7 anbragt modsat over for hinanden med det faste presseorgan 6 anbragt mellem dem. Set ovenfra er de mod hinanden vendende overflader pâ presseorganerne 7 V-formede, idet de danner et kvadrat, nâr de bringes sammen. De kan bevæges henimod og 35 bort fra hinanden i retning af kvadratets diagonal, som vist ved pilen B. Denne retning danner en vinkel pâ 45° med 7

den ovenfor omtalte transportretning for beholderne, jfr. pilen A. I hver af de mod hinanden vendende indvendige over-flader pâ de bevægelige presseorganer 7 er der ved midten af deres h0jdedimension udformet en not 71 med U-formet tvær-5 snit. Et elastisk organ 26 af varmebestandigt gummi eller lignende er permanent fastgjort i noten 71. Nâr de to bevægelige presseorganer 7 bevæges hen imod hinanden, presser de elastiske organer 26 imod den ydre omkreds pâ det faste presseorgan 6, idet randfatningen 2b pâ lâget 2 er indskudt 10 mellem disse dele. Set ovenfra er h0jfrekvens-varmespolen 8 udformet soin en kvadratisk ring og. omfatter en 0vre og en nedre spoledel i to "etager", jfr. fig. 4 og 6. H0jfrekvens-spolen 8 er fastgjort til undersiden af bærehovedet 5 ved hjælp af konsoller 27 og er beliggende ovenfor og nedenunder 15 de elastiske organer de to bevægelige presseorganer 7, nâr disse er f0rt sammen. Eri frigangsnot 72 for spolen 8 er ud-formet i den indvendige overflade af hvert bevægeligt presseorgan 7 under noten 71 for det elastiske organ 26.
Nâr beholderdelen 1 er fremf0rt til den ovenfor omtalte be-20 stemte stilling med lâget 2's randfatning 2b anbragt pâ be-holderens âbningskant, bringer den hydrauliske cylinder 3 sin stempelstang 3a til at bevæge sig nedad, hvorved bærehovedet sammen med slæden f0res ned til en lavere grænsestilling, hvor bærehovedet 5 standses af m0trikkerne 22 pâ styrestæn-25 gerne 9, hvilke m0trikker tjener som stoporganer. I denne tilstand er det faste presseorgan 6 i presseber0ring med de indvendige overflader pâ lâget 2's randfatning 2b, jfr. fig.4.
Nâr stangen 3a i denne tilstand bevæges yderligere nedad, bevæges ligeledes slæden 4 yderligere nedad og nærmer sig bæ-30 rehovedet 5 under sammenpresning af fjedrene 20, idet glide-stangen 17 trykkes tilbage ind i styreboringen 43. Under denne bevægelse vil ledstængerne 11, der er forbundet med slæden 4, skubbe de 0verste ender pâ ledstængerne 10 udad, hvorved ledstængerne 10 svinges omkring de vandrette tappe 23, 35 og ledstængernes nedre ender bevæges indad, og som f0lge her-af vil de to bevægelige presseorganer 7 blive bevæget vand- 8

Ved denne bevægelse presses de elastiske organer 26 pâ de bevægelige presseorganer 7 mod de udvendige overflader pâ lâget 2's randfatning 2b, hvori det faste pres-seorgan 6 star i ber0ring med de indvendige overflader pâ 5 randfatningen 2b. Som f0lge heraf presses randfatningerne 2b mod kanten af beholderen âbning bâde indefra og udefra. Me-dens randfatningen 2b sâledes stâr under pressetryk, til-f0res h0jfrekvensspolen 8 energi i et tilstrækkeligt tids-rum til at bevirke induktionsopvarmning af aluminiumfolien, 10 hvorved det termoplastiske formstoflag 2c pâ randfatningen 2b sammensvejses med det termoplastiske formstoflag la pâ be-holderdelen 1, hvorved beholderens âbning forsegles over de modsatte sider af âbningens kant. I reglen anvendes polyethylen til dannelse af det termoplastiske formstoflag la. En sammen-15 sætning i hovedsagen bestâende af ethylen/vinylacetat-copoly-mer og en voks kan anvendes til dannelse af det termoplastiske formstoflag 2c under aluminiumfolielaget 2a. Det termoplasti-ske formstoflag kan være anbragt pâ den overflade, der skal varmforsegles, enten pâ kanten omkring beholderens âbning 20 eller pâ lâget. Beholderdelen beh0ver ikke n0dvendigvis at være udformet som et kvadratisk r0r, men kan være cirkelrund eller hâve en anden polygonal form end den kvadratiske i tværsnit. Det antal dele, som lâgets randfatning bestâr af, sâvel som antallet af "opdelte" bevægelige presseorganer, 25 bestemmes i overensstemmelse med udformningen af selve beholderen eller beholderdelene.
