Claims (14)
1. Sammensætning til anvendelse til forebyggende behandling af feberblærer ("fever blisters"), omfattende tilbagevendende feberblærer, hvor sammensætningen omfatter: • 4-20% (vægt/vægt) zinkoxid og/eller titaniumdioxid; • med hensyn til zinkionerne, 0,1-2,0% (vægt/vægt) af et vandopløseligt zinksalt med antiviral virkning, idet zinksaltet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af zinksulfat, zinkchlorid, zinkacetat, zinkcitrat, zinknitrat, zinktartrat, zinkmaleat, zinklactat, zinkaminoacetat, zinkaspartat, zinkglutamat, zinkpropionat, zinkgluconat, zinkbutyrat, zinkformiat, zinkglycerid, zinkglycolat, og deres hydrater; og • et additiv egnet til topikal påførelse; hvor sammensætningen påføres forebyggende topikalt til dele af ansigtet, der kan blive påvirket af feberblærer.
2. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen påføres til ansigtet fra det øjeblik, at brugeren har en forhøjet risiko for at udvikle feberblærer.
3. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 2, hvor sammensætningen påføres i indtil flere dage, såsom 1-5 dage, efter den forhøjede risiko er forsvundet.
4. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 2-3, hvor den forhøjede risiko omfatter en forhøjet eksponering for UV-stråling, og sammensætningen påføres med intervaller på 2-4 timer under denne fohøjede eksponering.
5. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen påføres til ansigtet i adskillige dage, såsom 1-5 dage, inden dagen(e) hvor brugeren bestemt ikke ønsker at have feberblærer.
6. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvor sammensætningen påføres op til og inklusiv dagen(e) på hvilke(n) brugeren bestemt ikke ønsker at have feberblærer.
7. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor zinksaltet er zinksulfat.
8. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor sammensætningen med hensyn til zinkionerne omfatter en mængde af zinksaltet på ikke mere end 0,5% (vægt/vægt).
9. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor sammensætningen omfatter mellem 8-12% (vægt/vægt), såsom 10% (vægt/vægt) zinkoxid og/eller titaniumdioxid.
10. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, i form af en creme eller gel.
11. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-10, der endvidere indeholder vand i en mængde på 50-60% (vægt/vægt), fortrinsvis 52-58% (vægt/vægt), mest fortrinsvis 55% (vægt/vægt), og hvor additivet er et olie/fedt-lignende stof, og vandfasen og olie/fedtfasen danner en olie/fedt-i-vand-emulsion.
12. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 11, hvor emulsionen er en stabil emulsion.
13. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-12, hvor additivet er valgt således, at sammensætningen er vandfast.
14. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-13, med en solbeskyttelsesfaktor (SPF) på mindst 12, fortrinsvis mindst 15, og mest fortrinsvis mindst 20.
