Opfindelsen angår hidtil ukendte benzoylurinstof-forbindelser, der er ejendommelige ved det i krav 1's kendetegnende del anførte, samt en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af disse forbindelser, der er ejendommelig ved det i krav 3's kendetegnende del anførte. Endvidere angår opfindelsen kompositioner med insekticid og acari-cid aktivitet, der er ejendommelige ved det i krav 4's kendetegnende del anførte, samt disse kompositioners fremstilling, der er ejendommelig ved det i krav 6's kendetegnende del anførte, og fremgangsmåde til bekæmpelse af insekter og/eller mider, der er ejendommelig ved det i krav 7's kendetegnende del anførte.
N-Benzoyl-N'-phenylurinstof-forbindelser med insekticid aktivitet kendes fra ansøgernes hollandske patentansøgning 7105350. I Chem.Abstracts 91, 20141 (1979) 15 er beskrevet benzoylurinstof-forbindelser med bade insekticid og acaricid aktivitet, for eksempel N-(2,6-di-fluorbenzoyl)-N'-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)urinstof. Denne forbindelse har imidlertid vist sig ikke at have nogen betydelig acaricid aktivitet i praktisk acceptable doser.
Samme forbindelse er beskrevet i FR-A-2430415.
I europæisk patentansøgning 0016729 er beskrevet N-(p-aminophenyl)-N'-benzoylurinstof-forbindelser, f.eks.
N-(2-chlorbenzoyl)-Ν'-[3,5-dichlor-4-(N-methyl-N-allyl)- aminophenylJurinstof og N-(2,6-difluorbenzoyl)-Ν'-[3,5-25 dichlor-4-(N-methyl-N-alkyl)aminophenyl]urinstof. Også disse forbindelser har vist sig ikke at have nogen acaricid aktivitet i praktisk acceptable doser, således som det vil fremgå af eksemplerne.
Det har overraskende vist sig, at de følgende ben-30 zoylurinstof-forbindelser ikke blot har stærke insekti-cide egenskaber, men også viser en interessant acaricid aktivitet, nemlig benzoylurinstof-forbindelser med den almene formel I: R.

Forbindelserne ifølge opfindelsen kan anvendes til bekæmpelse af mider og insekter inden for landbrug og havebrug, i skove og i overfladevand samt til beskyttelse af tekstil mod angreb fra for eksempel møl og tæppe-5 biller, mod insekter i lagerprodukter, for eksempel i lagret korn, og mod mider og insekter inden for den veterinære og medicinsk-hygiejniske sektor.
Forbindelserne ifølge opfindelsen kan også anvendes til bekæmpelse af insekter, der lever i gødning fra 10 varmblodede dyr, såsom køer, svin og høns.. Til dette formål kan de aktive forbindelser gives dyrene oralt, for eksempel blandet med foderet, således at de efter nogen tid lander i gødningen ("gennemfodring"). Forbindelserne ifølge opfindelsen er særligt aktive over for 15 larver og æg af mider og insekter. I princippet kan forbindelserne anvendes mod alle insekter omtalt i
Pestic.Sci.9, 373-386 (1978).
Til praktisk pesticid anvendelse bliver de omhandlede forbindelser sædvanligvis forarbejdet til komposi-20 tioner. I sådanne kompositioner er det aktive stof blandet med fast bæremateriale eller opløst eller disperge-ret i flydende bæremateriale, om ønsket i kombination med hjælpestoffer, for eksempel emulgeringsmidler, be-fugtningsmidler, dispergeringsmidler og stabiliserings·'· 25 midler.
Eksempler på kompositioner ifølge opfindelsen er vandige opløsninger og dispersioner, olieopløsninger og oliedispersioner, opløsninger i organiske opløsningsmidler, pastaer, pudderprodukter, dispergerbare pulvere, 30 blandbare olier, granuler, pellets, intert-emulsioner, aerosol-kompositioner og røglys.

Dispergerbare pulvere, pastaer og blandbare olier er kompositioner i koncentratform, der fortyndes forud for eller under anvendelse.
Invert-emulsionerne og opløsninger i organiske op-5 løsningsmidler benyttes hovedsageligt ved anvendelse fra luften, nemlig når store arealer behandles med en forholdsvis lille kompositionsmængde. Intert-emulsionen kan kort før eller endog under sprøjtningen fremstilles i sprøjteapparatet ved at emulgere vand i en olieopløsning 10 eller en oliedispersion af det aktive stof. Opløsningerne af det aktive stof i organiske opløsningsmidler kan forsynes med et phytotoxicitets-reducerende stof, for eksempel uldfedt, uldfedtsyre eller uldfedtalkohol,
Nogle få kompositionsformer vil blive beskrevet 15 mere detaljeret i det følgende som eksempler.
Granulære kompositioner fremstilles ved for eksempel at optage det aktive stof i et opløsningsmiddel eller dispergere det i et fortyndingsmiddel og imprægnere den resulterende opløsning/suspension, om ønsket i nær-20 værelse af et bindemiddel, på granulært bæremateriale, for eksempel porøse granuler (f.eks. pimpsten og atta-ler), ikke-porøse mineralgranuler (sand eller formalet mergel), organiske granuler (f.eks. tørret kaffegrums, ituskårne tobaksstammer og formalede majskolber). En 25 granulær komposition kan også fremstilles ved at komprimere det aktive stof sammen med pulverformige mineraler i nærværelse af smøremidler og bindemidler og disintegrere det komprimerede produkt til den ønskede kornstørrelse og sigte det. Granulære kompositioner kan frem-30 stilles på anden måde ved at blande det aktive stof i pulverform med pulverformige fyldstoffer og derefter glOTml^jre blandingen med væske til den ønskede partikel-størrelse.
Pudderprodukter kan vindes ved grundigt at blande 35 det aktive stof med et indifferent fast pulverformigt bæremateriale, for eksempel talkum.

Dispergerbare pulvere fremstilles ved at blande 10-80 vægtdele af et fast indifferent bærestof, for eksempel kaolin, dolomit, gips, kalk, bentonit, attapulgit, kollodialt SiC>2 eller blandinger af disse og lignende 5 stoffer, med 10-80 vægtdele af det aktive stof, 1-5 vægtdele af et dispergeringsmiddel, for eksempel de til dette formål kendte ligninsulfonater eller alkylphthal-ensulfonater, fortrinsvis også 0,5-5 vægtdele af et be-fugtningsmiddel, for eksempel fedtalkoholsulfater, alkyΙ-ΙΟ arylsulfonater, fedtsyrekondensationsprodukter eller po-lyoxyethylen-forbindelser, og til slut, om ønsket, andre additiver.
Til fremstilling af blandbare olier opløses den aktive forbindelse i' et egnet opløsningsmiddel, der for-15 trinsvis i ringe grad er blandbart med vand, og ét eller flere emulgeringsmidler sættes til denne opløsning. Egnede opløsningsmidler er for eksempel xylen, toluen, petroleumsdestillater, der er rige på aromater, for eksempel opløsningsmiddel-naphtha, destilleret tjæreolie og 20 blandinger af disse væsker. Som emulgeringsmidler kan for eksempel anvendes polyoxyethylen-forbindelser og/el-ler alkylarylsulfonater. Koncentrationen af den aktive forbindelse i disse blandbare olier er ikke begrænset til snævre grænser og kan for eksempel variere mellem 2 25 og 50 vægt%.
Foruden en blandbar olie kan også som flydende og højt koncentreret primær komposition nævnes en opløsning af det aktive stof i en med vand let blandbar væske, for eksempel en glycol eller glycolether, til hvilken opløs-30· ning der er sat et dispergeringsmiddel og, om ønsket, et overfladeaktivt stof. Ved fortynding med vand kort før •eller under sprøjtning opnås derefter en vandig dispersion af det aktive stof.
En aerosol-komposition ifølge opfindelsen vindes 35 på sædvanlig måde ved at inkorporere det aktive stof, om ønsket i et opløsningsmiddel, i en flygtig væske, der skal anvendes som drivmiddel, f.eks. en blanding af 10

chlor-fluor-derivater af methan oc ethan, en blanding af lavere carbonhydrider, dimethvlether eller gasarter, såsom carbondioxid, nitrogen og dinitrogenoxid.
Røglys eller røgpulvere, dvs. kompositioner, der 5 ved forbrænding kan udvikle en pesticid røg, vindes ved at optage det aktive stof i en brændbar blanding, der som brændsel kan indeholde et sukker eller træ, fortrinsvis i formalet form, et forbrændingsnærende stof, for eksempel ammoniumnitrat eller kaliumchlorat, og endvide-10 re et forbrændingsforhalende stof, for eksempel kaolin, bentonit og/eller kolloidal kiselsyre.
Foruden de ovennævnte bestanddele kan de omhandlede midler også indeholde andre stoffer, der er velkendte til brug i denne type midler. For eksempel kan et smøre-15 middel, såsom calciumstearat eller magnesiumstearat, sættes til et dispergerbart pulver eller en blanding, der skal granuleres. "Klæbemidler", for eksempel polyvinyl-alkohol, cellulosederivater eller andre kolloidale materialer, såsom kasein, kan også tilsættes med henblik på 20 at forbedre pesticidets vedhæftning til afgrøden. Endvidere kan der tilsættes et stof med det formål at nedsætte phytotoxiciteten af det aktive stof, bærematerialet eller af hjælpestof, for eksempel uldfedt eller uldfedt^ alkohol.
25 Allerede kendte pesticide forbindelser kan også inkorporeres i kompositionerne ifølge opfindelsen. Som et resultat heraf udvides kompositionens aktivitetsspektrum, og der kan forekomme synergisme.
Til anvendelse i en sådan kombinations-komposition 30 kan følgende kendte insekticide, acaricide og fungicide forbindelser komme i betragtning:

Eksempel 1
Fremstilling af N-(2,6-difluorbenzoyl)-Ν'-[4-{N-(4-chlor-15 phenyl)-N-propylamino}phenyl]urinstof (4).
0,90 g 2,6-Difluorbenzoylisocyanat blev sat til en opløsning af 1,27 g 4-[N-(4-chlorphenyl)-N-propylamino]-anilin i 15 ml tør diethylether under omrøring ved stuetemperatur. Efter 1,5 time ved stuetemperatur blev det 20 dannede bundfald frasuget, vasket med acetonitril og diethylether og tørret. Det ønskede produkt vandtes i et udbytte på 1,50 g, smp. 169-169,5°C.
Den som udgangsmateriale anvendte anilin vandtes ud fra den tilsvarende nitro-forbindelse ved reduktion med 25 hydrogen under indvirkning af Raney-nikkel som katalysator, idet der som opløsningsmiddel anvendtes en blanding af lige volumendele ethanol og ethylacetat. l-Nitro-4-[N-(4-chlorphenyl)-N-propylamino]Benzen blev fremstillet ved alkylering af l-nitro-4-(4-chloranilino)benzen med propyl·-30 iodid i dimethylformamid som opløsningsmiddel under indvirkning af KOH. l-Nitro-4-(4-chloranilino)benzen blev fremstillet ved kobling ved høj temperatur af p-chlor-benzenisocyanat og p-nitrophenol i nitrobenzen som opløsningsmiddel .

Eksempel 2 25 Fremstilling af N-(2-chlorbenzoyl)-N,-[4-{N'-(4-chlor-phenyl)-N*-propylureido}phenyl]urinstof (7).
1,09 g 2-Chlorbenzoylisocyanat blev sat til en opløsning af 2,00 g N-(4-aminophenyl)-Ν'-(4-chlorphenyl)-N'-propylurinstof i 50 ml acetonitril under omrøring ved 3Q stuetemperatur. Efter omrøring i 1,5 time ved stuetemperatur blev det dannede bundfald frasuget, vasket med di-ethylether og tørret. Ifølge PMR havde produktet den ønskede struktur, smp. 17Q°C. Den som udgangsmateriale anvendte anilin blev fremstillet ud fra den tilsvarende ni-35 troforbindelse ved reduktion med hydrogen under indvirkning af Raney-nikkel som katalysator, og idet der ved denne reaktion anvendtes ethanol som opløsningsmiddel.

(b) Fremstilling af en opløsning af det aktive stof i et organisk opløsningsmiddel.
10 Af det aktive stof, der skulle undersøges, blev 200 mg opløst i 1000 ml acetone i nærværelse af 1,6 g nonylphenolpolyoxyethylen. Efter udhældning i vand kunne denne opløsning anvendes som en sprøjtevæske.
15 (c). Fremstilling af et emulgerbart koncentrat af det aktive stof.
Af det aktive stof, der skulle undersøges, blev lOg opløst i en blanding af 15 ml isophoron og 70 ml xylen, og til denne opløsning blev der sat 5 g af en blanding af 20 polyoxyethylensorbitanester og et alkylbenzensulfonat som emulgeringsmiddel.
(d) Fremstilling af et dispergerbart pulver (W.P.) af det aktive stof.
25 Af det aktive stof, der skulle undersøges, blev 25g blandet med 68 g kaolin i nærværelse af 2 g natriumbutyl-naphthalensulfonat og 5 g ligninsulfonat.
(e) Fremstilling af et suspensionskoncentrat (strømbart).

En blanding af 10 g af det aktive stof, 2 g ligninsulfonat og 0,8 g af et natriumalkylsulfonat blev forsyn-net med vand til en total mængde på 100 ml.

Eksempel 5 5 Unge rosenkålsplanter, ca. 15 cm høje, blev sprøj tet med kompositioner vundet ifølge Eksempel 4 (b) i forskellige koncentrationer, idet yderligere ca. 250 mg af en alkyleret phenolpolyoxyethylenforbindelse (CitowettI pr.liter var sat til disse kompositioner« Efter at plan-10 terne var tørret helt, blev de anbragt i plexiglascylin-dre og derefter inficeret med 5 larver af Pieris brassi-cae (larver af hvid kålsommerfuglI i det tredie larvestadium (L3). Cylindrene blev derefter dækket med gaze og lagret, idet der anvendtes en vekslende lys/mørke-15 cyclus med 16 timers lys og 8 timers mørke, hvorhos temperaturen i lys var 24°C og den relative fugtighed (RH) 70%, mens temperaturen i mørke var 19°C og RH 80-90%.
Efter 5 dage blev dødelighedsprocenten for larverne bestemt. Hvert forsøg blev gennemført in triplo. Gennem-20 snitsresultaterne for forsøgene er anført i nedenstående Tabel A. Betydningerne af de i tabellen anvendte symboler er følgende: + = 90-100% dødelighed + = 50-90% dødelighed 25 - = ^ 50% dødelighed.

Eksempel 6 Vækstspidserne af hestebønneplanter med fire vel-25 udviklede blade blev fjernet, hvorefter planterne blev sprøjtet indtil drypning med kompositioner vundet ifølge Eksempel 4(b) i forskellige koncentrationer, idet yderligere ca. 250 mg Citowett pr.liter var sat til disse kompositioner. Efter at planterne var tørret helt, blev de 30 anbragt i perspexcylindre og derefter inficeret med 5 larver af Spodoptera littoralis (ægyptisk bomuldssommerfuglelarve) i det tredie larvestadium (L3). Cylindrene blev derefter dækket med gaze og lagret, som beskrevet i Eksempel 5. Efter 5 dage bestemtes dødelighedsprocenten 35 for larverne. Hvert forsøg blev gennemført in triplo.

Eksempel 7
Dværgsnittebønneplanter (Phaseolus vulgaris) med to veludviklede blade blev inficeret med Tetranychus cin-3Q nabarinus (nellikeedderkopmide) ved at anbringe et fastsat antal voksne hunmider på planterne. To dage efter inficeringen blev planterne inklusive de voksne hunmider sprøjtet indtil drypning med kompositioner vundet ifølge Eksempel 4(b) i forskellige koncentrationer, idet yderli-35 gere ca. 150 mg af en alkyleret phenolpolyoxyethylen-for-bindelse (Citowett) pr.liter var tilsat. Fem dage efter sprøjtningen blev de voksne mider fjernet fra planterne.

Planterne blev derefter lagret i to uger i et rum med styret temperatur (T) og fugtighed (RH), idet der anvendtes en vekslende lys/mørke-cyclus med 16 timers lys og 8 timers mørke. Lys: T ca. 24°C, RH ca. 70%, mørke: T ca.
5 19°C, RH 80-90%. Derefter bestemtes reduktionen af be standen, dvs. dødeligheden af antallet af larver, voksne og æg sammenlignet med planter, der ikke var behandlet med kemikalier. Forsøgene blev gennemført in triplo. Gennemsnitsresultaterne for forsøgene er anført i Tabel C.

Flydende kompositioner anvendtes på frugttræer i mængder på omtrent 1500 liter pr.hektar. Her svarede de ovennævnte mængder med acaricid aktivitet i praksis til fra ca. 45 til ca. 4500 gram aktivt stof pr.hektar.
5 Lignende resultater blev opnået, når sprøjtningen gennemførtes, efter at planterne var inficeret (metode A) .
Eksempel 9 10 På samme måde som beskrevet i Eksempel 7, metode B, blev benzoylurinstof-forbindelser ifølge opfindelsen undersøgt på Tetranychus urticae (to-plettet edderkopmide), hvorved der blev opnået de i Tabel E anførte resultater.

Omtrent samme resultater fandtes, når sprøjtningen 30 gennemførtes efter inficeringen (metode A), og når forsøgene gennemførtes på en multiresistent stamme af Tetranychus urticae.
I praksis svarer de ovennævnte mængder til fra ca.
10 til ca. 3000 g aktivt stof pr.hektar.

Eksempel 10
Dværgsnittebønneplanter (Phaseolus vulgaris) med to veludviklede blade blev sprøjtet nedenfra og ovenfra indtil drypning med en komposition fremstillet ifølge 5 Eksempel 4(a), idet yderligere ca. 150 mg Citowett pr. liter var sat til denne komposition. Kompositionen indeholdt en benzoylurinstof-forbindelse ifølge opfindelsen som det aktive stof i forskellige koncentrationer. Efter at planterne var tørret helt, blev de inficeret med mider 10 af en multiresistent stamme af Tetranychus urticae (toplettet edderkopmide) på samme måde som beskrevet i Eksempel 7. Forsøgene gennemførtes udendørs. Efter et fastsat antal dage (se Tabel F) bestemtes reduktionen af bestanden i forhold til inficeret plantemateriale, der ik-15 ke var sprøjtet med en komposition.
Forsøgene gennemførtes femdobbelt, og de fleste af forsøgsrækkerne blev gentaget ("Række 1 og 2" i Tabel F). Gennemsnitsresultaterne for forsøgsrækkerne er anført i Tabel F.

Claims (7)
1. Benzoylurinstof-forbindelser kendetegnet ved, at de hat den almene formel I: R1 ,Q ^~~y- CO - NH - CO - NH ^ryfHH - Co)jj— X-^~\ (I) &2 E3 R= R4 hvor: R, er et halogenatom, 15 λ R2 er et hydrogenatom eller et halogenatom, R3 er et hydrogenatom eller repræsenterer 1 eller 2 sub-stituenter valgt blandt chlor, methyl og trifluorme-thyl, R4 er et hydrogenatom eller repræsenterer 1-3 substituen-ter valgt blandt halogen og alkyl-, alkoxy-, halogen-alkyl- og halogenalkoxy-grupper med 1-4 C-atomer, X er N eller CH, n er 0 eller 1, og ^ Rj. er et hydrogenatom, en (C^-Cg) alkylgruppe eller en (C^-Cg)cycloalkylgruppe, med den betingelse, at hvis n er 0, X da er N, og hvis n er 0, og er et hydrogenatom, R^ da er et hydrogenatom.
2. Benzoylurinstof-forbindelser ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de har den almene formel 30 II: Λ tf y-CO - NH - CO - NH -/jVfNH - CO^— N(II) ~R2 R~ R5 35 3 DK 159923B hvor: R| og R2 begge er et fluoratom, eller R| er et chloratom, og Rg er et hydrogenatom, Rg og n er som defineret i krav 1,

5. Komposition ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at den aktive bestanddel er en forbin- ^ delse med den almene formel II, hvor R^ og n er som defineret i krav 1, og R^, R2, R| og R,L er som defineret i krav 2.
5 R^ repræsenterer 1 eller 2 substituenter valgt blandt halogen og alkyl-, halogenalkyl- og halogenalkoxy-grupper med 1-4 C-atomer, og R,I er et hydrogenatom eller en (C2_C^) alkylgruppe, med den betingelse, at hvis n er 0, og P.,1 er et hydrogen-10 atom, Rg da er et hydrogenatom.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en komposition med insekticid og acaricid aktivitet, kendeteg- 2Q net ved, at en forbindelse med den almene formel I, hvor R^, R2, R3, R4, R,-, n og X er som defineret i krav 1, inkluderes i et flydende eller fast indifferent bæremateriale, om ønsket under tilsætning af andre pesticide forbindelser, kunstgødning og/eller hjælpestoffer, såsom 21- befugtningsmidler, emulgeringsmidler, dispergeringsmidler og stabiliseringsmidler.
7. Fremgangsmåde til bekæmpelse af insekter og/eller mider, kendetegnet ved, at det inficerede område behandles med en komposition ifølge krav 4 eller 5 3q i en dosis på fra 1 til 5000 gram aktivt stof pr.hektar. 35
