Claims (4)
1. Apparat til at fremstille hydrogen og syntetisere gas ved autotermisk reformering af flydende hydrocarbon, hvilket apparat omfatter: - en statisk blander (4) til at blande de fordampede hydrocarbon og dampe; - en monolitisk ædelmetal katalysatormasse (6); - en pladetype struktur (S) for varmeveksleren; - en katalytisk reaktor (10) til at fjerne H2S dannet under reformeringsreaktionen, - et metalisk hylster (14), som omslutter elementerne nævnt ovenfor, kendetegnet ved, at - massen af monolitisk ædelmetalkatalysator er egnet til den autotermiske reformering af blandingen af fordampet hydrocarbon, luft og vanddamp, der er tilføjet fra den statiske blander ved en temperatur af 950 til 1000°C og et tryk på 10 bar; - pladetypevarmeveksleren (S) er egnet til at køle gassen, som er produceret ved reformeringsreaktionen optil afsvovlingstemperaturen; - varmeveksleren (S) består af to vekslere i serie, hvor den første veksler (8) er placeret opstrøms og udveksler varme i modstrøm mellem udblæsningsgassen, som skal afsvovles, fra den katalytiske reformering (6) og gassen, der allerede er afsvovlet, for at øge temperaturen af den afsvovlede gas; den anden veksler (12) er placeret nedstrøms og veksler varme mellem udblæsningsgassen, som kommer fra den første veksler (8), fra den katalytiske reformering (6) og en vanddampstrøm (AV) for at køle udblæsningsgassen fra den katalytiske reformering, før den afsvovles i den katalytiske reaktor (10); og ved at: det også omfatter en tilbageføringslinje (R), der er egnet til at tilbageføre den afsvovlede gas fra den katalytiske reaktor (10) til den første veksler af pladetype varmeveksleren for at øge sin temperatur ved modstrømsvarmeveksling med gassen, der skal afsvovles.
2. Apparat ifølge det foregående krav, hvilket apparat er kendetegnet ved, at tilbageføringslinjen (R) er forbundet til den første veksler (8) og forbigår den anden veksler (12).
3. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilket apparat er k e n -detegnet ved, at den statiske blander/brænder (4) er egnet til at blande fordampet hydrocarbon fra en første linje (I) og reaktionsdamp fra en anden line (V) med procesluft fra en tredje linje (A) ved en temperatur, der er større end selvantændelsespunktet, før den fødes til katalysemassen (6).
4. Fremgangsmåde til integration af en autotermisk reformer og en syntesegas afsvovlingsenhed i et apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde er kendetegnet ved, at udblæsningsgasser fra den katalytiske reformering køles til afsvovlingstemperatur, før de lukkes ind i afsvovlingsenheden, og at temperaturen af udblæsningsgassen efter afsvovling er øget til at være i overensstemmelse med betingelserne af brændselscellerne, hvor forøgelsen udføres uden yderligere brændstofforbrug gennem modstrømsvarmevekslingen mellem gassen, der skal afsvovles, og den allerede afsvovlede gas.
