Den foreliggende opfindelse angår en hurtigtørrende deodorant.
Til fremstilling af hurtigtørrende deodoranter er det normalt at anvende en vandig ethanolbase på grund af dennes store 5 flygtighed. Typiske alkaliske deodorantmidler, såsom natrium-hydrogencarbonat, er imidlertid ikke opløselige i ethanol og må derfor formuleres som opaque geler eller suspensioner. Aktive bestanddele, som er opløselige i ethanol, såsom anti-bakterielle midler, kan kun forebygge dannelsen af dårlig 10 lugt, og sorbanter såsom zink-ricinoleat, er, selv om de reducerer eksisterende dårlig lugt, også tilbøjelige til at absorbere den parfume, der normalt er inkorporeret i deodoranter .
Fra tysk offentliggørelsesskrift DE-A-2354517 kendes en for-15 mulering indeholdende en antimikrobiel lavsyre (eng.: lichen acid, ty.: Flechtensatire) som aktiv ingrediens, en hydroxy-aminoforbindelse som solubiliseringsmiddel og ethanol.
Fra FR-A-2 339 395 kendes et deodorantpræparat indeholdende en blanding af en svag organisk syre og et salt af en svag 20 organisk syre sammen med en amineret organisk forbindelse såsom en aminoalkohol. Fra FR-A-2 518 878 kendes et flydende deodorantpræparat indeholdende propylenglycol, et farvestof og triethanolamin som solubiliseringsmiddel.
Det har nu overraskende nok vist sig, at visse aminoalkoholer 25 kan anvendes som deodorantmidler, og da de er opløselige i vandige alkoholbaser, er det muligt at fremstille klare præparater og således undgå vanskelighederne med at få stabile suspensioner. Sådanne aminoalkoholer ikke alene undertrykker dannelsen af dårlig lugt fra armhulen, men de kan også be-30 kæmpe eksisterende dårlig lugt.
Den foreliggende opfindelse bygger på denne erkendelse og angår en deodorant, der omfatter en lavere alkohol med op til 6 carbonatomer, mellem 0,2 og 2 vægtprocent af en kortere DK 168510 B1 2 eller middellang aminoalkanol med op til 10 carbonatomer i en lige eller forgrenet kæde med 1-3 hydroxygrupper og mindst éen aminogruppe på et carbonatom, som ikke bærer en hydroxy-gruppe, og hvor aminogruppen eventuelt er substitueret med 5 éen C1_6-alkylgruppe/ og mellem 0 og 60% vand, som er ejendommelig ved, at den kortere eller middellange aminoalkanol alene er virksom som aktiv deodorantingrediens, at en lavsyre ikke er tilstede, og at den kortere eller middellange aminoalkanol ikke er triethanolamin.
10 En særlig velegnet aminoalkanol er 2-amino-2-methylpropan-l- ol.
Præparatet indeholder fortrinsvis mellem 0,5 og 1 vægtprocent af aminoalkanolen.
Den eksakte andel af lavere alkohol i præparatet vil afhænge 15 af præparatets type. Alkoholindholdet vil normalt ikke overstige 70 vægtprocent, og den nedre grænse vil generelt være ca. 15 vægtprocent.
Den lavere alkohol indeholder fortrinsvis op til 6 carbonatomer og er især ethanol.
20 Præparatet indeholder fortrinsvis mellem 20. og 40 vægtprocent vand.
Præparatet kan præsenteres i en hvilken som helst sædvanlig form, fx som en roll-on, spray, aerosol eller stift, eller det kan præsenteres som imprægnerede fugtighedsservietter.
25 Sædvanlige hjælpestoffer såsom fortykkelsesmidler, parfumer og konserveringsmidler kan inkorporeres alt afhængig af præparatets form. Således kan et roll-on-præparat omfatte et fortykkelsesmiddel såsom hydroxypropylcellulose, hvorimod et aerosolpræparat ikke behøver et fortykkelsesmiddel.

Til aerosoler er egnede drivmidler dichlordifluormethan eller en blanding af carbonfluorider og/eller carbonhydrider såsom n-butan, isobutan og n-propan.
Til stifter omfatter præparatet typisk også en sæbe, fx natri-5 umstearat. Det smeltede produkt hældes i en form til dannelse af en stift.
Til fugtighedsservietter påføres ca. 5 cm3 af præparatet på hver crepeserviet med et areal på ca. 20 cm2. Servietterne pakkes derefter enkeltvis i forseglede poser. Egnede hjælpe-10 stoffer til et præparat til anvendelse i sådanne servietter omfatter hudblødgøringsmidler, parfumer og konserveringsmidler.
Andre sædvanlige bestanddele kan også inkorporeres, fx forligelige antiperspiranter og/eller antimikrobielle midler. Et 15 egnet antimikrobielt middel er chlorhexidin [l,6-di-(N-chlor-phenyldiguanido)hexan], der kan inkorporeres i præparatet i en mængde på 0,2-4 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis ca. 1 vægtprocent. Et foretrukket antimikrobielt middel er imidlertid Irgasan® DP 300 (Triclosan eller 2,4,4-trichlor-2-hydroxydi-20 phenylether) inkorporeret i en mængde på 0,1-1 vægtprocent.
Præparater ifølge opfindelsen kan fremstilles på sædvanlig måde. Typisk opløses aminoalkanolen i alkoholen, hvorefter der tilsættes den nødvendige mængde vand. Præparaterne fyldes i sædvanlige dispensere, fx roll-on-dispensere, spray-pumpe-25 beholdere eller aerosoldispensere, i holdere til en selvbærende stift eller imprægneres i servietter.

Fremgangsmåde 10 Hydroxypropylcellulosen opløses i en del af ethanolen under omrøring med høj forskydningskraft og lades solvatere. Amino-methylpropanolen og parfumen opløses i den resterende mængde ethanol, og blandingen sættes til ansatsen. Vand og de øvrige bestanddele tilsættes langsomt under omrøring.

Vand 39,00% 40,00% 14 mandlige forsøgspersoner anvendte først sæbe uden anti-mikrobielle midler i armhulerne i en periode på 8 dage; der 10 blev ikke påført deodoranter eller antiperspiranter. På den 8. dag havde alle forsøgspersoner dårlig lugt i armhulerne efter fire trænede observatørers bedømmelse. Den ene halvdel af gruppen fik deodorant A påført i højre armhule og deodorant B i venstre armhule, medens den anden halvdel af for-15 søgspersonerne fik A påført i venstre armhule og B i højre.
Den dårlige lugt i armhulen blev derefter bedømt igen af observatørerne, efter at produktet var tørret, og derefter 3 1/2, 5 1/2 og 24 timer senere. De tal, der blev givet af hver observatør til hver forsøgsperson, blev kombineret til 20 dannelse af fem middeltal for deodorant A og B.
De gennemsnitlige procentvise ændringer i lugttal blev beregnet ved at sammenligne gennemsnitstallene for de aktivbehandlede (deodorant A) og de kontrolbehandlede (deodorant B) armhuler med kontrolværdien før behandling: 25 Procentvis ændring af dårlig lugt x timer efter behandling = H^-1} A = middeltallet for armhuler behandlet med deodorant A x timer efter behandling B = middeltallet for armhuler behandlet med deodorant B x timer efter behandling
Claims (8)
1. Deodorant, som omfatter en lavere alkohol med op til 6 carbonatomer, mellem 0,2 og 2 vægtprocent af en kortere eller middellang aminoalkanol med op til 10 carbonatomer i en lige 15 eller forgrenet kæde med 1-3 hydroxygrupper og mindst én aminogruppe på et carbonatom, som ikke bærer en hydroxygrup-pe, og hvor aminogruppen eventuelt er substitueret med éen Cj.g-alkylgruppe, og mellem 0 og 60% vand, kendetegnet ved, at den kortere eller middellange 20 aminoalkanol alene er virksom som aktiv deodorantingrediens, at en lavsyre (lichen acid) ikke er tilstede, og at den kortere eller middellange aminoalkanol ikke er triethanolamin.
2. Deodorant ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at aminoalkanolen er 2-amino-2-25 methylpropan-l-ol.
3. Deodorant ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den indeholder 0,5-1 vægtprocent af den kortere eller middellange aminoalkanol.
4. Deodorant ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, 30 kendetegnet ved, at den indeholder 15-70 vægtprocent af den lavere alkohol med op til 6 carbonatomer. DK 168510 B1 7
