Titel: Kommunikationssystem til brusere af bærbare høreapparater
Opfindelsen angår et kommunikationssystem til brugere af et bærbart høreapparat, som omfatter mindst én mikrofon og/eller én telefonspole som indgangstransducer, en forstærker til forstærkning af indgangstransducerens elektriske signaler, en signalbehand- 5 lingsindretning med lager, datamedium samt processor og en lydgiver som udgangstransducer.
Høreapparater af denne type er udstyret med analog eller digital signalbehandling.
Ved de digitale høreapparater findes der en digital signalprocessor, som udfører signalbehandlingen, hvorved et digitalt signalbehandlingsprograms indhold beskrives ved hjælp ^ af et program. Som følge heraf kan den akustiske signalbehandlingsproces’s indhold ved et digitalt høreapparat ændres ved, at programmet, som er arkiveret i lageret, ændres, hvorved der let kan udføres en tilpasning til optimering af taleforståeligheden for en individuel patient.
Specielt til telefonering er høreapparater foruden mikrofonen udstyret med en såkaldt telefon- eller induktionsspole og en omskifter fra mikrofon- til telefonspoledrift.
15 Da brugere af høreapparater har problemer ved benyttelsen af mobiltelefoner, kendes der fra DE 29 608 340 U1 et kommunikationssystem til høreapparat-brugere og til benyttelse i forbindelse med en mobiltelefon.
For at forenkle betjeningen af mindre hovedbåme høreapparater kendes der fra DE 44 19 901 Al et høreapparat, som fungerer uden manuelle indgreb og betjeningsmidler.
Ved dette høreapparat sker betjeningen (ind-/udkobling; der skrues ned/op; udvælgelse 20 af et program, som er tilpasset til høre-/omgivelsessituationen) eller styringen af en del, som påvirker forstærkerens overføringskarakteristik, ved genkendelse og tolkning af et kodeord, som er sagt af høreapparat-brugeren.
Det er opfindelsens opgave at tilvejebringe en udvidet anvendelse til et høreapparat i et kommunikationssystem.
Et sådant kommunikationssystem er ifølge opfindelsen karakteriseret ved ejendommelighederne i patentkrav 1. I en hensigtsmæssig udformning oprettes der en kompatibilitet mellem høreapparat og oversættelsessystem ved hjælp af mindst én grænseflade og en tilpasning mellem høreapparat-signalbehandlingsindretningen og en talegenkendelses-og sprogbehandlingsenhed i et simultanoversættelsessystem. Ifølge dette ændres de akustiske talesignaler, som er modtaget af høreapparatets indgangstransducer (mikrofon eller 3Q telefonspole), til elektriske signaler og ledes forstærket til signalbehandlingsindretningen.
Alt efter udførelse kan de elektriske ønskede signaler underkastes den ved høreapparater kendte signalbearbejdning og ledes til udgangstransduceren eller lydgiveren. Via grænseflader mellem høreapparatets signalbehandlingsindretning, en bidirektionel dataoverfø-ringsforbindelse og oversættelsessystemet simultanoversættes talesignalerne til et valgbart målsprogs talesignaler, således at de talesignaler, som er oversat til det valgte mål DK 176351 B1 -2- sprog, gives via høreapparatets lydgiver til den høreapparat-bruger, som modtager et fremmedsprogs talesignaler.
Hensigtsmæssige udformninger af opfindelsen er angivet i patentkravene 2 til 7.
Hvis der ved oprettelsen af kommunikationssystemet især til opbygningen af over-5 sættelsessystemet står tilstrækkeligt miniaturiserbare elektroniske komponenter til rådighed, kan høreapparatet og oversættelsessystemet samles til en enhed, som kan bæres på brugerens hoved eller krop.
Ifølge en anden udførelse er det muligt at anbringe høreapparatet fe. ved brugerens øre, medens det tilhørende oversættelsessystem bæres på kroppen i en taske eller lignen-io de. Der er tilvejebragt grænseflader til en især bidirektionel dataoverføring mellem høreapparatet og oversættelsessystemet, således at dataoverføringen kan ske via en forbindelsesledning.
En trådløs dataoverføring, fe. infrarødt lys, højfrekvens-radiobølger, ultralyd eller elektrisk induktion er også mulig mellem et høreapparat og et oversættelsessystem, is Især ved arrangementer, kurser, foredrag osv., når flere høreapparat-brugere del tager i en diskussion, og deltagerne anvender forskellige sprog, er det en fordel, når deltagernes høreapparater er kompatible med et centralt oversættelsessystem, og hver deltager kan modtage en oversættelse til det valgte målsprog via sit høreapparat.
En udformning af opfindelsen forklares nærmere i det følgende ved hjælp af teg-20 ningen.

Ved det i og for sig kendte oversættelsessystem 14 er der kun tegnet en talegenkendelsesenhed 15 til taleanalyse af de indgående talesignaler og en sprogbehandlingsenhed 16 til simultanoversættelse til det valgte målsprog.
Claims (7)
1. Kommunikationssystem til brugere af et bærbart høreapparat, som omfatter mindst én mikrofon (2) og/eller én telefonspole (3) som indgangstransducer, en forstærker (8) 5 til forstærkning af indgangstransducerens elektriske signaler, en signalbehandlingsenhed (4) med lager, datamedium (6) samt processor (7) og en lydgiver (5) som udgangs-transducer, kendetegnet ved, at høreapparatet (1) kan kobles sammen med et oversættelsessystem (14), og hvorved systemet overfører ønskede talesignaler, som er optaget af indgangstransduceren, til et valgbart sprog, og talen på målsproget udlæses til bruge-10 ren via lydgiveren (5).
2. Kommunikationssystem ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at oversættelsessystemet (14) og signalbehandlingsindretningen (4) er samlet til en enhed i et høreapparat.
3. Kommunikationssystem ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at høreapparatet til data overføringen kan kobles sammen med et eksternt oversættelsessystem via en trådløs dataoverføringsforbindelse eller en forbindelsesledning.
4. Kommunikationssystem ifølge et af kravene 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at høreappara-20 tet og oversættelsessystemet (14) er anbragt i bærbare enheder på brugerens krop og kan forbindes med kommunikationssystemet via en bidirektionel dataoverføringsforbindelse (17) og et koblingsmiddel.
5. Kommunikationssystem ifølge et af kravene 1 -4, kendetegnet ved, at høreappara-25 tet omfatter en digital signalbehandlingsindretning, som kan forbindes via grænseflader med en vælgeindretning (13) til målsproget samt med en talegenkendelses- (15) og sprogbehandlingsenhed (16) i et simultanoversættelsessystem.
