Claims (5)

  1. 7
    1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af ammoniak (3) på basis af en blanding (4), der i det væsentlige omfatter nitrogen og hydrogen opnået fra naturgas (5), hvor naturgassen (5) underkastes en delvis oxideringsreaktion med en oxygenrig gas (6) i nærværelse af damp, hvorved der opnås en rå syntesegas (7), der omfatter hydrogen og carbonmonoxid, idet den rå syntesegas (7) behandles i mindst ét katalytisk reaktionstrin for at omdanne en del af carbonmonoxidet til carbondioxid, hvorved der opnås en omdannet syntesegas (8), der omfatter hydrogen, carbondioxid og carbonmonoxid, idet den omdannede syntesegas (8) underkastes mindst ét decarboniseringstrin for i det mindste delvist at fjerne carbondioxidet (20a) og mindst ét oprensningstrin for i det mindste delvist at fjerne carbonmonoxidet (22a), hvor der anvendes mindst én molekylær si til det mindst ene oprensningstrin, kendetegnet ved, at den oxygenrige gas indeholder mindst 50 % oxygen.
  2. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der efter det mindst ene oprensningstrin tilvejebringes en tilførsel af nitrogen (9) for at danne blandingen (4), som i det væsentlige omfatter nitrogen og hydrogen, der behandles i et synteseanlæg (14) af ammoniakken (3).
  3. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den mindst ene molekylære si er af typen PSA.
  4. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det mindst ene oprensningstrin er associeret med en methaniseringssektion (24).
  5. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at nævnte delvise oxideringsreaktion er af katalytisk type.
