Claims (37)
- BEHANDLING AF ØJENFORSTYRRELSER KENDETEGNET VED ET FORHØJET INTRAOKKULÆRT TRYK MED SIRNAS1. Anvendelse af siRNA i fremstillingen af et medikament til behandling af en øjentilstand, der er kendetegnet ved et øget intraokkulært tryk (IOP), hvor medikamentet er formuleret til topisk administration på hornhindeoverfladen og nedregulerer ekspressionen af et rnålgen i øjet, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af carbonanhydraser II, IV og XII; adrenerge receptorer: beta 1 og 2 og alfa 1A, IB og ID; acetylcholinesterase; cyclooxygenaser 1 og 2; ATPaser: alfa 1, alfa 2, alfa 3, beta 1, beta 2; endotelleukocytadhæsionsmolekyle I (ELAM-1); angiotensin II, angiotensin Il-konverterende enzymer (ACE I og ACE II), angiotensin Il-receptors (ATR1 og ATR2) og renin; cochlin.
- 2. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor øjentilstanden er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af glaukom, infektion, inflammation, uveitis, og ekspression af systemiske sygdomme.
- 3. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor øjentilstanden er glaukom.
- 4. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor øjentilstanden er diabetisk retinopati.
