Claims (25)
1. Gipsplade omfattende mindst en måtte-facer, hvor den mindst ene måtte-facer omfatter mindst til lag, et indre lag og et ydre lag, hvor det indre lag er i kontakt med kernen af gipspladen og omfatter en blanding af cellulosefibre, uorganiske-eller mineralfibre og eventuelt organiske fibre, og det ydre lag omfatter i det væsentlige cellulosefibre, og hvor måtte-faceren yderligere omfatter mindst et bindemiddel; kendetegnet ved at måtte-faceren yderligere omfatter mindst mineralfyldstofpartikler, hvilke partikler har en d50 fra ca. 0,1 til ca. 10 pm og er fordelt mindst delvist i det indre og/eller ydre lag.
2. Pladen ifølge krav 1, hvor de uorganiske- eller mineralfibre er glasfibre.
3. Pladen ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor partiklerne er fordelt mindst delvist i både det indre og ydre lag.
4. Pladen ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor partiklerne er fordelt i det væsentlige fuldstændigt i både det indre og ydre lag.
5. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor det indre lag omfatter, i vægtprocent baseret på fibrenes totalvægt, fra 25 til 60 vægtprocent cellulosefibre, fra 25 til 60 vægtprocent glasfibre, og fra 0 til 30 vægtprocent organiske fibre, og fortrinsvis fra 30 til 50 vægtprocent cellulosefibre, fra 30 til 50 vægtprocent glasfibre, og fra 10 til 20 vægtprocent organiske fibre.
6. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor det indre og ydre lag er bundet med det samme resin-holdige bindemiddel.
7. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor det indre og/eller ydre lag er bundet med et selv-tværbindbart bindemiddel og/eller et hydrofobt bindemiddel.
8. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor mineralfyldstofpartiklerne har en d50 fra ca. 0,5 til ca. 5 pm.
9. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor det indre og/eller ydre lag yderligere omfatter et vandmodstandsdygtigt middel.
10. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor det indre og/eller ydre lag yderligere omfatter et vandmodstandsdygtigt middel der er en fluorcarbon-repellant.
11. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor baseret på slutvægten af måtte-faceren, det indre lag repræsenterer fra ca. 30 til ca. 150 g/m2, det ydre lag repræsenterer fra ca. 10 til ca. 70 g/m2, og bindemidlet og fyldstoffet sammen repræsenterer fra ca. 20 til ca. 150 g/m2.
12. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, hvor vægtforholdet bindemidlet:fyldstoffet er fra ca. 1:2 til ca. 8:1, fortrinsvis fra ca. 1:1 til ca. 4:1.
13. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, hvor pladen omfatter to måtte-facere.
14. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, hvor kernen omfatter vand-modstandsdygtigt additiv i en mængde tilstrækkeligt således at kernen absorberer mindre end ca. 10%, fortrinsvis mindre end ca. 5%, mere fortrinsvis mindre end ca. 3%, vand når testet i overensstemmelse med ASTM-frem-gangsmåden C-473 og/eller i overensstemmelse med EN 520-fremgangsmåden sektion 5.9.2.
15. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14, hvor kernen omfatter fibers, fortrinsvis facer eller papirfibre, mest fortrinsvis fra genbrug.
16. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 15, hvor kernen omfatter brand-modstandsdygtigt additiv i en mængde tilstrækkeligt således at pladen opnår en ASTM E-119 og/eller C36-95 brand-modstandsvarighed på mindst ca. en time.
17. Pladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 16, hvor kernen omfatter glasfibre i en mængde fra ca. 0,1% til ca. 1% af kernevægten.
18. Ydre isolationssystem til en bygning omfattende - en måtte-facer-gipsplade ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17; - isoleringsmateriale med en indre flade og en ydre flade, hvis indre flade er klæbet til fladen af måtte-faceren af denne gipspladen med et klæbemiddelmateriale; og - et ydre afslutningsmateriale liggende over den ydre flade af isoleringsmaterialet.
19. Ydre isoleringssystem til en bygning omfattende et underliggende strukturelt støtteelement der er dækket med et afslutningsmateriale, hvilket støtteelement omfatter måtte-facer-gipspladen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17, hvor gipspladen omfatter et sæt gipskerner klemt inde mellem to baner facere, hvor gipskernen yderligere omfatter vand-modstandsdygtige additiver i en mængde mindst tilstrækkelig til give kernen forbedrede vand-modstandsdygtige egenskaber.
20. Indre våd- eller fugtighedsområdeskillevægssamlingssystem omfattende metal- eller trærammer eller -studser til støtte af en plade, hvilken plade omfatter en måtte-facer-gipsplade ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17, hvor gipspladen omfatter et sæt gipskerner klemt inde mellem to baner facere, hvor gipskernen yderligere omfatter vand-modstandsdygtige additiver i en mængde mindst tilstrækkelig til give kernen forbedrede vand-modstandsdygtige egenskaber.
21. Anvendelse af en plade ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17 i en skaktvægsamling.
22. Anvendelsen afen plade ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17 i ydre afslutningssystem.
23. Anvendelse af en plade ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17 i ydre isolationssystem.
24. Anvendelse af en plade ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17 som flisebagside.
