Claims (13)
1. En vindturbine i kombination med en støttestruktur, der omfatter: en vindturbine (100), der omfatter en fod (125); en støttestruktur (10), hvilken støttestruktur yderligere omfatter mindst tre elementer (12), der er konfigureret i en i alt væsentligt tepee-formet konfiguration, hvor de mindst tre elementer (12) indbefatter en vertikal konstruktionsdel (20) ; en første ende (26) af de mindst tre elementer (12), der kan fastgøres på en struktur; og en anden ende af de mindst tre elementer (12), der er indrettet til at være i kontakt med en overflade (24), hvor de mindst tre elementer (12) krydser hinanden mellem den første ende og den anden ende; og en monteringsramme (300), der forbinder støttestrukturen (10) til vindturbinen (100); og et dæk (16), hvorpå monteringsrammen (300) er fastgjort, hvor førnævnte monteringsramme (300) omfatter: et fundamentlegeme (310), der har en ben-indstiksende (314) til at modtage de første ender (26) af de mindst tre elementer (12), og et hoved (320), der er fastgjort til ben-indstiksenden (314) af fundamentlegemet (310) og har en ellipseformet eller sfærisk, kurvet overflade, der strækker sig under dækket (16) for at danne en fortsat kurvet intersektion mellem fundamentlegemet (310) og hovedet (320).
2. Vindturbine, ifølge krav 1, hvor førnævnte overflade (24) er en havbund og den anden ende strækker sig under en mudderlinje.
3. Vindturbine, ifølge krav 1, hvor de mindst tre elementer (12) krydser hinanden over en vandlinje (14) eller ved en vandlinje (14).
4. Vindturbine, ifølge krav 1, hvor en vinkelformet styrefinne (18) opretholder en orientering i det mindste mellem de mindst tre elementer (12).
5. Vindturbine, ifølge krav 1, hvor de mindst tre elementer (12) er forskudt fra hinanden med 120 grader.
6. Vindturbine, ifølge krav 1, hvor vindturbinen (100) yderligere omfatter en skovlmekanisme (150).
7. Vindturbine, ifølge krav 6, hvor vindturbinen (100) yderligere omfatter et turbineelement (130), der er anbragt på foden (125) og forbundet med skovlmekanismen (150).

Metode til at konstruere en vindturbine (100) på en støttestruktur (10), hvilken metode omfatter: at tilvejebringe mindst tre ben (12) i en tepee konfiguration, hvor de mindst tre elementer (12) indbefatter en vertikal konstruktionsdel (20); at anbringe en første ende af de første tre ben (12) på en overflade (24); at fastgøre en monteringsramme (300) til en anden ende (26) af de første tre ben (12) for at forbinde støttestrukturen (10) til vindturbinen (100); at fastgøre et dæk (16) til monteringsrammen (300); at fastgøre et turbineelement (130) til dækket (16); og fastgøre en skovlmekanisme (150) til turbineelementet (130); hvorved førnævnte trin, der involverer fastgørelsen af en monteringsramme (300), omfatter: fastgørelsen af et fundamentlegeme (310), der har en ben-indstiksende (314) til at modtage de andre ender (26) af de mindst tre elementer (12), og en fod (310), til monteringsrammen (300); og at tilvejebringe et hoved (320), der er fastgjort til ben-indstiksenden (314) af fundamentlegemet (310) og hvilket hoved har en ellipseformet eller sfærisk, kurvet overflade, der strækker sig under dækket (16) for at danne en fortsat kurvet intersektion mellem fundamentlegemet (310) og hovedet (320).
9. Metode, ifølge krav 8, hvor strukturen er lokaliseret i en position over et skæringspunkt af de mindst tre ben (12) .
10. Metode, ifølge krav 8, hvor en styrefinnestruktur (18) anvendes til at orientere de mindst tre ben (12).
