Claims (10)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen vandig polymeropløsning ud fra faste partikler af en vandopløselig polymer ved sammenføring af vand og polymerpartikler i et disper-geringsaggregat, kendetegnet ved, at dispergeringen af partiklerne med vandet gennemføres under påføring af en første effekt/m3, vand/partikelblandingen efter at have forladt dispergeringsaggregatet overføres i en rørebeholder og dér i det væsentlige bringes til opløsning under omrøring, den vandige polymeropløsning, efter opholdstiden i rørebeholderen, i et disperge-ringsaggregat underkastes en anden dispergering men en mindre effekt/m3 end ved den første dispergering.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der ved den første dispergering anvendes en blande- eller dispergeringseffekt på 550 til 1600 Wh/m3.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav ltil 2, kendetegnet ved, at der ved den anden dispergering anvendes en blande- eller dispergeringseffekt på 200 til 500 Wh/m3.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at de dispergerede polymerpartikler omfatter en opholdstid i rørebeholderen på 1 til 15 minutter.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at polymerpartiklerne i rørebeholderen forhindres i at sætte sig ved hjælp af et langsomt løbende røreværk.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at den første og anden dispergering følger i et dispergeringsaggregat bestående af et dispergeringskammer med en skiveformet rotor, i hvis randområde der forefindes en rotorkrans med tænder eller radiale åbninger.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at der som vandopløselig polymer anvendes syntetiske, anioniske, kationiske eller amfoteriske polymerisater.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav ltil 7, kendetegnet ved, at polymeropløsningen omfatter en koncentration på større end 1 vægtprocent.
9. Indretning til opløsning af vandopløseligt polymerpulver, hvilken indretning omfatter komponenterne: la. en vandforrådsbeholder (B0004), 2a. et dispergeringsaggregat (U0001), 3a. en rørebeholder (B0002), og 4a. en forrådstank (B0003), som er væskeledende forbundet med hinanden, hvor produktudløbet af rørebeholderen er ført gennem dispergeringsaggregatet (U0001) ind i forrådstanken (B0003).
10. Indretning til kontinuerlig opløsning af vandopløseligt polymerpulver, hvilken indretning omfatter komponenterne: lb. en vandtilførsel, 2b. et dispergeringsaggregat (U0001), 3b. en rørebeholder (B0002), 4b. et dispergeringsaggregat (U0002), 5b. en forrådstank (B0003), som er væskeledende forbundet med hinanden.
