Claims (17)
- Patenkrav1. Pitch-styret vindmøllevinge (5) omfattende en trykoverfladeside (14) og en læsideoverfladeside (13) idet overfladerne (13, 14) danner en forkant (6) og en bagkant (7) kendetegnet ved at vingen (5) omfatter turbulensgenererende organ (10), hvor organet (10) er placeret på læsideoverfladesiderne (13) af vindmøllevingen (5) og ved yderleddet (OS) af vindmøllevingen (5) i retningen af vingespidsen (8), hvor højden på det turbulensgenererende organ (10) har samme udstrækning eller er højere tættest på bagkanten (7) af vindmøllevingen (5) end tættest på forkanten (6) af vindmøllevingen (5), og hvor den højeste højde (H) af det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er mellem 0,01% og 5% af kordelængden (C) af vindmøllevingen (5).
- 2. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge krav 1, hvor det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er luftstrømsstøjreduktionsorgan.
- 3. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er placeret i et yderled (OS) i området fra 60 % til 100 % af længden (BL) af vingen (5) f.eks. den yderste tredjedel af vindmøllevingen (5).
- 4. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge krav 3, hvor yderleddet (OS) er underopdelt i to eller flere underled (f.eks. SSI, SS2, SS3), og det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er i det væsentlige ensartet inden i hvert af underleddene.
- 5. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den højeste højde (H) af det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er mellem 0,1 % og 3 % af kordelængden (C) af vindmøllevingen (5).
- 6. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor afstanden mellem det turbulensgenererende organ (10) i det væsentlige er konstant.
- 7. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er placeret i et område mellem 5 % og 85 %, fortrinsvis mellem 10 % og 75 % og mest fortrinsvis mellem 15 % og 60 % af kordelængden (C), fra forkanten (6) af vindmøllevingen (5).
- 8. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er fastgjort på vindmøllevingen (5) individuelt eller parvist ved hjælp af fastgørelsesorgan såsom skruer, bolte, nitter, svejsning eller fortrinsvis klæbemiddel.
- 9. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er fastgjort på vindmøllevingen (5) som del af en streng af tape, en rulle eller et bånd ved hjælp fastgørelsesorgan såsom skruer, bolte, nitter, svejsning eller fortrinsvis klæbemiddel.
- 10. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er plader (15) der strækker sig i en vinkel på mellem 60° og 120° f.eks. ortogonalt fra overfladen af vindmøllevingernes (5) læsideoverfladeside (13).
- 11. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det turbulensgenererende organ (10) omfatter sider (12) skiftevis placeret i en vinkel (A) i forhold til retningen af luftstrømmen på mellem 50° og 2°, fortrinsvis mellem 30° og 5° og mest fortrinsvis mellem 20° og 10° og -50° og -2°, fortrinsvis mellem -30° og -5° og mest fortrinsvis mellem -20° og -10°.
- 12. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er indbygget i vindmøllevingen (5).
- 13. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det turbulensgenererende organ (10) er hvirvelstrømsgeneratorer.
- 14. Vindmøllevinge (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor vindmøllevingen (5) omfatter mindst en pitchstyringsenhed (16).
- 15. Vindmølle (1) omfattende mindst to pitch-styrede vindmøllevinger (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
- 16. Vindmølle (1) ifølge krav 15, hvor vindmøllen (1) er en pitch-styret vindmølle med variabel hastighed.
- 17. Anvendelse af pitch-styrede vindmøllevinger (5) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14 i forbindelse med en pitch-styret vindmølle (1) ifølge krav 15 eller 16 til justering af vingepitch og støjniveau.
