Claims (27)

1. Absorberingsmiddel, som kan absorbere granulocytter, monocytter og cy-tokin i blod, kendetegnet ved, at absorberingsmidlet har et zetapotential på -20 mV eller mere, hvilket absorberingsmiddel omfatter en vanduopløselig bærer med en funktionel gruppe bundet dertil, og den vanduopløselige bærer har et kvaternært ammoniumsalt og/eller en ligekædet aminogruppe bundet dertil.
2. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor formen af absorberingsmidlet er en form udvalgt fra en fiber, en membran, en hul fiber og en kugle.
3. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge krav 2, hvor formen af den vanduopløselige bærer er udvalgt fra en fiber eller en hul fiber med en fiberdiameter på mere end 3 pm og en kugle med et fremspring med en diameter på mere end 3 pm på overfladen.
4. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge krav 2, hvor formen af den vanduopløselige bærer er udvalgt fra en fiber eller en hul fiber med en fiberdiameter på 4 til 8 pm og en kugle med et fremspring med en diameter på 4 til 8 pm på overfladen.
5. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge krav 2, hvor formen af den vanduopløselige bærer er udvalgt fra en fiber eller en hul fiber med en fiberdiameter på 4,5 til 8 pm og en kugle med et fremspring med en diameter på 4,5 til 8 pm på overfladen.
6. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 3 til 5, hvor den vanduopløselige bærer endvidere omfatter en fiber eller en hul fiber med en fiberdiameter på 10 til 50 pm.
7. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, hvor det kvarternære ammoniumsalt er en gruppe, som kan tilvejebringes ved immobilisering af mindst en gruppe udvalgt fra Ν,Ν-dimethylhexylamin, N,N-dimethyloctylamin og Ν,Ν-dimethyllaurylamin til den vanduopløselige bærer.
8. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, hvor den ligekædede ami-nogruppe kan tilvejebringes ved immobilisering af tetraethylenepentamin til den vanduopløselige bærer.
9. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvor en absorptionsrate for lymfocytter er 40 % eller mindre, hvilken absorptionsrate måles ved passage af blod én gang gennem en søjle, som er fyldt med absorberingsmidlet, optælling af antallet af blodcellerne før og efter passagen og beregning af raten i henhold til formlen: Absorptionsrate (%) = [ (antal af lymfocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) - (antal af lymfocytter i blod efter passage gennem søjlen)] / (antal af lymfocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) x 100.
10. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, hvor cytokinet er mindst et udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6), in-terleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-10 (IL-10), TNF-α, transformerende vækstfaktorbeta (TGF-β), vaskulær endotelial vækstfaktor (VEGF) og immunsuppressivt surt protein (IAP).
11. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, hvor absorptionsraten for koaguleringsfaktor XIII er 30 % eller mindre.
12. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11 med zetapotentialet på -15 mV eller mere og med en kapacitet til at absorbere 90 % eller mere lipopolysaccharid (LPS) i salin indeholdende 1 volumenprocent føtalt kalveserum (FCS).
13. Absorberingsmiddel til kræftbehandling omfattende en vanduopløselig polymer, som er absorberingsmidlet ifølge krav 1, hvor absorberingsmidlet har en kapacitet til absorbering af latent transformerende vækstfaktor-β.
14. Absorberingsmiddel til kræftbehandling ifølge krav 13, hvor en absorptionsrate for granulocytter er 35 % eller mere, og en absorptionsrate for mono-cytter er 35 % eller mere, hvilken absorptionsrate måles ved passage af blod én gang gennem en søjle, som er fyldt med absorberingsmidlet, optælling af antallet af blodcellerne før og efter passagen og beregning af raten i henhold til formlerne: Absorptionsrate for granulocytter (%) = [ (antal af granulocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) - (antal af granulocytter i blod efter passage gennem søjlen) ] / (antal af granulocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) x 100; Absorptionsrate for monocytter (%) = [ (antal af monocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) - (antal af monocytter i blod efter passage gennem søjlen) ] / (antal af monocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) x 100.
15. Absorberingsmiddel til kræftbehandling ifølge krav 13 eller 14, hvor formen af den vanduopløselige polymer, som har den hydrofile aminrest bundet dertil, er en membran, en fiber eller et granulatmateriale.
16. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 15, hvor absorptionsraten for granulocytter er 50 % eller mere, og absorptionsraten for monocytter er 50 % eller mere, hvilken absorptionsrate måles ved passage af blod én gang gennem en søjle, som er fyldt med absorberingsmidlet, optælling af antallet af blodcellerne før og efter passagen og beregning af raten i henhold til formlerne: Absorptionsrate for granulocytter (%) = [ (antal af granulocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) - (antal af granulocytter i blod efter passage gennem søjlen) ] / (antal af granulocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) x 100; Absorptionsrate for monocytter (%) = [ (antal af monocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) - (antal af monocytter i blod efter passage gennem søjlen) ] / (antal af monocytter i blod før passage gennem søjlen) x 100.
17. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 16 med mindst en dobbeltlagsstruktur af et net og et ikke-vævet tekstil.
18. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge krav 17, hvor nettet er et net med 10 mm2 eller flere hulrum per 100 mm2.
19. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge krav 17 eller 18, hvor en hulrumsform af nettet er en firkant.
20. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 17 til 19, hvor en komponent af nettet er anbragt i en retning af en vinkel 90° ± 10° mod en hovedakse eller en lilleakse af det ikke-vævede tekstil i dobbeltlagsstrukturen.
21. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 17 til 20, hvilket absorberingsmiddel kan absorbere et fysiologisk aktivt stof og/eller celler.
22. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 17 til 21, hvor nettet består af et monofilament.
23. Absorberingsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 17 til 21, hvor der i nettet er sammenføjet portioner, hvor dets komponenter krydser hinanden.
