Claims (4)

1. Implantatsystem til tæt passende protese, hvilket implantatsystem omfatter: et implantatlegeme (10) med udvendigt gevind beregnet til at skrues ind i en knogle ved anvendelse af et indføringsværktøj (49) og et afstandselement (32) med en passage, der strækker sig aksialt og kan fastgøres ved én ende til den koronale forkant af implantatlegemet (10), hvilket implantatlegeme (10) er forsynet med en indre aksial boring (11) med en åben ende og et indekseringsområde ved den åbne ende af boringen (11), hvilket indekseringsområde er forsynet med en forbindelse (24) til at understøtte afstandselementet (32) og har midler til at samarbejde med afstandselementet (32) for at forhindre drejning mellem afstandselementet (32), implantatlegemet (10) og indføringsværktøjet, kendetegnet ved, at forbindelsen (24) til at understøtte et afstandselement (32) og/eller afstandselementet (32) omfatter et område, der er tilpasset til at undergå metaldeformation, ved hjælp af afstandselementet (32), der er tilpasset til det iskruede implantatlegeme (10), for at minimere rotationsbevægelser mellem implantatlegemet (10) og afstandselementet (32).
