Claims (11)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en forgrenet carbonhydrid-basisolie, kendetegnet ved, at råmateriale omfattende mindst en aldehyd og/eller keton udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af C1-C40-aldehyder, C3-C79-ketoner, C2-C40-hydroxyaldehyder og blandinger deraf, kondenseres i nærvær af en aldolkon-densationskatalysator, hvor aldolkondensationskatalysatoren er alkali- eller jordalkalimetalhydroxid, ved en temperatur i området fra 80 til 400 °C, kondensationsproduktet hydrodeoxygeneres i nærvær af en hydrodeoxygeneringska-talysator under et hydrogentryk i området fra 0,1 til 20 MPa ved en temperatur i området fra 100 til 500 °C, og derefter hydroisomeriseres i nærvær af en isomeriseringskatalysator under et hydrogentryk i området fra 0,1 til 20 MPa ved en temperatur i området fra 100 til 500 °C.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at råmaterialet omfatter mindst en fødekomponent udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af C4-C24-fedtalko-holer, C3-C47-ketoner og C4-C24-hydroxyaldehyder og blandinger deraf.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at fødekomponenten er afledt fra et udgangsmateriale af biologisk oprindelse udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af planteolier, plantevokser og plantefedt; animalske olier, animalsk fedt og animalske vokser; fiskeolier, fiskefedt og fiskevokser; genanvendte fødevarefedtstoffer og fødevareolier; fedt, olier og vokser opnået ved genmanipulering; olier og fedt afledt fra alger og insekter; aldehyder og ketoner fremstillet ud fra kulhydrater ved syrehydrolyseproces, og blandinger af udgangsmaterialerne.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at hydroiso-merisering udføres under hydrogentryk i området fra 1 til 15 MPa ved en temperatur i området fra 150 til 350 ° C.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 -4, kendetegnet ved, at hydrodeoxy-generingskatalysatoren indeholder mindst en bestanddel udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af metaller fra gruppe VIII eller gruppe VIA i grundstoffernes periodiske system,og bærer, hvor katalysatoren fortrinsvis indeholder Pd-, Pt-, Rh-, Ru-, Ni-, NiMo- eller CoMo-metaller, og aktiveret carbon, aluminiumoxid og/eller silikabærer.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1-5, kendetegnet ved, at hydroiso-merisering udføres under hydrogentryk i området fra 1 til 15 MPa ved en temperatur i området fra 200 til 400 ° C.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1-6, kendetegnet ved, at hydroiso-meriseringskatalysatoren indeholder et metal fra gruppe VIII i grundstoffernes periodiske system, en molekylsigte og/eller en bærer, hvor katalysatoren fortrinsvis indeholder en molekylsigte og et Pd-, Pt- eller Ni-metal og/eller en bærer, hvor bæreren er aluminiumoxid og/eller silika.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1-7, kendetegnet ved, at præhydro-generingen udføres inden kondensationstrinnet under et hydrogentryk på mellem 0,1 og 20 MPa, fortrinsvis mellem 1 og 10 MPa, og ved en temperatur på mellem 50 og 400 °C, fortrinsvis mellem 150 og 300 °C, i nærvær af en præhy-drogeneringskatalysator.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at præhydrogenerings-katalysatoren indeholder understøttede metaller fra gruppe VIII og/eller VIA i grundstoffernes periodiske system, hvor katalysatoren fortrinsvis er en understøttet Pd-, Pt-, Rh-, Ru-, Ni-, Cu-, CuCr-, NiMo- eller CoMo-katalysator, hvor bæreren er aktiveret carbon, aluminiumoxid og/eller silika.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1-9, kendetegnet ved, at carbonhy-drid eller en blanding af carbonhydrider tilsættes til råmaterialet og/eller som et fortyndingsmiddel til fremgangsmådetrin.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1-10, kendetegnet ved, at der som biprodukt produceres en dieselbestanddel og benzin.
