Description
PATENTKRAV 1 . Endoskopisk behandlingsinstrument omfattende : et hylster (1) med en længdeakse, en manipuleringswire (2) ført gennem hylstret (1) og bevægelig frem og tilbage langs længdeaksen, et distalendedrivelement (3a, 5a; 3b, 5b) an bragt ved en distal ende af hylstret (1) og drevet af manipuleringswiren (2), et indgrebshul (7) tilvejebragt i en pladedel af distalendedrivelementet, og en del (20) med stor diameter, som er tilvejebragt ved en distal ende af manipuleringswiren (1), og som er stor nok til at være ude af stand til at passer gennem indgrebshullet (7) , hvor manipuleringswiren (2), som er ført gennem indgrebshullet (7) indtil delen (20) med stor diameter berører en endedel af indgrebshullet (7), er bøjet tilbage mod den distale ende af hylstret (1) ved den anden ende af indgrebshullet (7). 2 . Endoskopisk behandlingsinstrument ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at delen (20) med stor diameter er udformet ved at fastgøre et sfærisk emne til den distale ende af manipuleringswiren (2). 5. Endoskopisk behandlingsinstrument omfattende : et hylster (1) med en længdeakse, to manipuleringswirer (2a, 2b) ført gennem hylstret (1) og bevægelige frem og tilbage langs længdeaksen, to distalendedrivelementer anbragt ved en distal ende af hylstret (1) og forbundet respektivt til manipuleringswirerne (2a, 2b), kendetegnet ved, at manipuleringswirerne (2a, 2b) er snoet sammen inden i hylstret (1) i det mindste i nærheden af den distale ende af hylstret (1) . 10. Endoskopisk behandlingsinstrument ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at manipuleringswirerne (2a, 2b) alene er snoet sammen i nærheden af den distale ende af hylstret (1). 11. Endoskopisk behandlingsinstrument ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at manipulerings-wirerne (2a, 2b) er snoet sammen i det væsentlige fuldstændig fra i nærheden af den distale ende af hylstret (1) til den basale ende af hylstret (1). 12. Endoskopisk behandlingsinstrument ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at en stigning med hvilken manipuleringswirerne (2a, 2b) er snoet, er mindre i en forreste endedel af et sno-område (20) end i andre områder. 13. Endoskopisk behandlingsinstrument ifølge krav 9, yderligere omfattende: en bæreramme (4) med en slids (41) og bevægeligt bærende distalendedrivelementerne, kendetegnet ved, at hver af distalendedrivelementerne har en udsparet del ved en bageste endedel til at definere et rum (A) fra en indre sidevæg af slidsen (41), og hvor en del af hver manipuleringswire, som stikker ud fra et tilsvarende distalendedrivelement, ved den distale ende af hylstret (1), er placeret inden i et tilsvarende rum (A). 14. Endoskopisk behandlingsinstrument omfattende : et hylster (1) med en længdeakse, en manipuleringswiren (2) ført gennem hylstret (1) og bevægelig frem og tilbage langs længdeaksen, et distalendedrivelement anbragt ved en distal ende af hylstret (1) og drevet af manipuleringswiren (2) , en bæreramme (4), som bevægeligt bærer dista-lendedrivelementet, og som har en slids (41), der definerer en indre sidevæg, og en udsparet del tilvejebragt ved en bageste ende af drivelementet til at definere et rum (A) fra den indre sidevæg, kendetegnet ved, at manipulerings-wiren (2) er ført gennem rummet (A) fra den distale ende af hylstret (1), og dernæst forbundet til drivelementet .
