Description

Patentkrav 1. Metode til forbedring af papir-, pap-, pulp- og genbrugsfiberfremstillingsprocessen, hvor bla. fibres afvandingshastighed øges, retention af fibre, fines og fyldstoffer øges og formationen i det færdige papir er uændret eller let forbedret. Metoden er kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter følgende trin: - Vand, cellulosefibre til papir- eller papfremstilling og fast CaCC>3 blandes. - Den totale koncentrationen af H2CO3, HCO3' og CO32' bringes til at overstige 10 mM, samtidigt med forøgelsen af H2C03, HC03' og CO32' koncentrationen eller umiddelbart derefter ændres pH med minimum 0,2 pH enheder. - pH ændres med minimum 0,2 pH enheder den modsatte vej i forhold til den ovenfor nævnte. 2. Metode efter patentkrav 1, kendetegnet ved, at mængden af fast kalciumkarbonat kan stamme fra en tilførsel af fyldstof, udskud, genbrugsfibre eller procesvand.
