Mechanical sorting, alignment and cleaning of used bricks.
Frembringelsens anvendelsesområdeScope of production
This production relates to equipment for machine cleaning of used bricks, for residues of mortar and the like so that they can be recycled for construction.
Kendt teknikPrior art
The well-known equipment for cleaning bricks is, of course, to use a masonry hammer and to clean the stones one at a time, as has been the case in recent times. Another way of cleaning bricks consists of different systems, which, however, can only clean one stone at a time, and therefore have a very limited capacity and application. The known techniques also use too much manual force to operate, which means many heavy lifting and unilaterally repeated work processes that should be avoided. A disadvantage of several of the known techniques is that the stones become scratched and round in the corners.
The technical problem is that current brick cleaning equipment does not have the necessary capacity and technique to clean the stones directly from a truck or loaded into the cleaner with a digging cow. There is a possibility that a machine can handle the whole process, from the used stones at one end being unloaded in a container to being cleaned and stacked on pallets at the other end.
Den nye teknikThe new technique
The new feature of this creation is that it is designed to handle the entire process mechanically. That is, the stones can be loaded at one end of the machine and come cleaned out of the other.

The operation of the brick cleaner is based on vibration technology. The stones are loaded into the machine at one end by the rectifier and transported through the machine and the various turning processes as well as the cleaning bands and come out cleaned at the other end.
In the rectifier, the stones are laid at the ends of each other, so that they can be treated uniformly throughout the course. The stones are sorted for half and broken stones, which are dumped by the rectifier and transported away. In the first conveyor, the stones pass through and the mortar is loosened. In cleaning groove 1, the stones are affected by a rubber curtain which pushes the stones down against the ground in the vibration track. The groove is provided with a type of perforated or patterned metal plate which grates the mortar off, under the stone's path through the groove. After cleaning track 1, the stones turn 180 degrees and the same process repeats itself towards the end.

UdføreiseseksemplerUdføreiseseksempler
Figur 1. Figure 1. After the stones are sorted for metal parts, gravel, stones and mortar residues, they are dosed into the rectifier using existing stock. The stones are straightened so that they are in the same direction, if they stand upwards they are forced down, so that they lie like the others.
Alle stenene bevæger sig frem gennem sporene, ligende i længderetningen. All the stones move through the grooves, longitudinally similar.
Ensretteren frasorterer halve og kvarte sten fra her.The rectifier removes half and quarter stones from here.
Figur 2. Murstenene bliver således ”lagt” i samme side i alle 6 spor. Figure 2. The two transport tracks lead the stones upwards so that there is height to feed the stones to the two cleaning tracks. Pipe # 1 ends with a transition to cleaning groove 1. This transition ensures that all bricks in cleaning groove 1 (all 6 grooves) are cleaned on the same surfaces. The bricks are thus "laid" on the same page in all 6 tracks. The slope of the transport tracks and dimensions are open to change depending on the design of the stones.
Figur 3. Vending af sten. 1 etape, Murstenen bliver først vippet over på den anden langsgående side. 2 etape. Figure 3. Turning of stones. 1 stage, the brick is first flipped over on the other longitudinal side. 2 stage. It is then transferred to a flat piece which still has the same slope. 3 stage. Then the stone is delivered in the next transport pipe, but on the same side of the transport pipe as in cleaning track 1 where it comes from.
This means that transport pipes 2 & cleaning grooves 2 are laterally displaced relative to the previous grooves.
Figur 4. Figure 4. The cleaning grooves are inclined downwards to be moved forward, while the stones are under pressure during the cleaning. The cleaning groove 1 is completed with a 180 degree turn. This means that the bricks in all 6 tracks are flipped. It takes place in 3 small stages. The end pieces of the bricks are cleaned in the two cleaning grooves. This is done by the bricks rubbing the ends against each other on their way down the cleaning tracks. The slope of the cleaning grooves and dimensions are open to change depending on the design of the stones.
Transport track 2 and cleaning track 2, as well as possibly several transport tracks and cleaning tracks in the process are similar to the first two.

Brugsmodelkrav 1. Use Model Requirements 1. This generation relates to a multi-operation machine that sorts, rectifies, cleans and reverses used bricks of several sizes, and uses a new technique to release mortar from used bricks in a variety of operations in various V-tracks and clean the track.
Mechanical sorting and alignment according to Claim 1, which is a new technique using vibration technology for transporting and aligning bricks in, for example, 3 v grooves and further in, for example, 6 v grooves, for straight rows and the same side of the brick in all traces, up to the removal of half and broken bricks that fall into drain gutters under the machine.
Machine cleaning of bricks according to Claim 1, which is a new technique with transport tracks and cleaning grooves in v-tracks provided with a grinding tool, for example, perforated, patterned, wire weave or other metal plate that grate the mortar of the bricks during transport with use of vibration technique. A rubber curtain is mounted on top of the cleaning grooves, which push the bricks down against the ground in the v-grooves with the grinding tool. The cleaning grooves can be set to different slopes or be horizontal during the cleaning process. The process includes 2 or more repetitive transport tracks and cleaning tracks with grinding tools, etc.
The mechanical turning of bricks according to Claim 1, which is a new technique where cleaning grooves are completed with a 180 degree turn of all bricks in all 6 v grooves. The bricks are flipped over on the other longitudinal side and over onto a flat piece with the same slope and onwards for delivery in the next cleaning track, which is offset from the previous cleaning track. The bricks are then cleaned on the other side, the same turning technique is used for all the sides of the bricks. The turning technique is used several times in the process involving transport tracks and cleaning tracks.
