Description
Patentkrav 1. Fleksibelt rør, omfattende: - en indre, rørformet foring, der definerer en langsgående passage; - en flerhed af tråde, viklet rundt om den indre, rørformede foring for at danne et første strækbart lag; - en flerhed af tråde, viklet rundt om det ydre af det første strækbare lag for at danne et andet strækbart lag; - en isolerende foring, der strækker sig over det andet strækbare lag; - en metalstrimmel, der strækker sig over den isolerende foring; og - en ydre foring, der strækker sig over metalstrimlen. 2. Rør ifølge krav 1, omfattende en yderligere metalstrimmel, der strækker sig ud over den indre, rørformede foring samt mellem den indre, rørformede foring og det første strækbare lag. 3. Rør ifølge krav 1, hvor den yderligere metalstrimmel i spiralform er viklet rundt om den indre, rørformede foring. 4. Rør ifølge krav 1, hvor metalstrimlen er dannet af en flerhed af strimler, der er viklet i spiralform, og som er korrugerede og/eller griber ind i hinanden. 5. Rør ifølge krav 1, hvor foringerne er dannet af ekstruderet plast. 6. Rør ifølge krav 1, hvor den isolerende foring er dannet af skummet eller blæst polymer. 7. Rør ifølge krav 1, omfattende mindst et lag af bånd, der strækker sig mellem det andet strækbare lag og den isolerende foring. 8. Rør ifølge krav 1, hvor trådene er viklet i spiralform rundt om det ydre af den rørformede del. 9. Rør ifølge krav 8, hvor det andet strækbare lags tråde er viklet i modsat retning af det første strækbare lags tråde. 10. Rør ifølge krav 1, omfattende et ydre, beskyttende metallag, der strækker sig over den ydre foring. 11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af fleksibelt rør, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter tilvejebringelse af en rørformet foring, der definerer en langsgående passage; tilvejebringelse af en flerhed af tråde rundt om den rørformede foring; udformning af en isolerende foring over trådene; vikling af en metalstrimmel over den isolerende foring; samt tilvejebringelse af et ydre lag over metalstrimlen. 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, omfattende vikling af en yderligere metalstrimmel over den rørformede foring, hvor trådene vikles over den yderligere metalstrimmel. 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor den yderligere metalstrimmel er viklet i spiralform rundt om den indre, rørformede foring. 14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, omfattende udformning af metalstrimlen via en flerhed af strimler, der er viklet i spiralform, og som er korrugerede og/eller griber ind i hinanden. 15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, omfattende vikling af mindst et lag af bånd over trådene. 16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor trådene er viklet i spiralform rundt om metalstrimlen på en måde, så de danner et første strækbart lag, og hvor yderligere tråde vikles i spiralform rundt om førstnævnte tråde for at danne et andet strækbart lag, der strækker sig over det første strækbare lag. 17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 16, hvor trådene, der udgør det andet strækbare lag, i spiralform er viklet i modsat retning af trådene, der udgør det første strækbare lag. 18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor det ydre lag dannes ved at ekstrudere en plastforing over metalstrimlen. 19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, omfattende tilvejebringelse af et ydre, beskyttende lag, der strækker sig rundt om det ydre lag.
