Description
P a t e π t k r a v: 1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en polyurethanlim, ud fra en blanding af en alkoholkomponent, en isocyanatkomponent og en katalysator, kendetegnet ved, at alkohol- og isocyanatkomponenterne i et forudbestemt vægtforhold på brugsstedet blandes med en katalysator i en mængde, der er bestemt af den ønskede åbentid for limen. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at alkoholkomponenten omfatter en castor olie. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at alkoholkomponenten også omfatter en polyol. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at isocyanatkomponenten er diphenylmethan-4,4'-diisocyanat og/eller diphenylmethan-2,4'-diisocyanat. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at katalysatoren er en tertiær amin. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1-4, kendetegnet ved, at katalysatoren er en organo-metalisk forbindelse. 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at den organo-metalliske forbindelse er en tinforbindelse. 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 5-7, kendetegnet ved, at katalysatoren omfatter både en tertiær amin og en organo-metallisk forbindelse. 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at katalysatoren er blandet med en del af alkoholen og/eller isocyanaten og at den herved opnåede blanding efterfølgende blandes med den resterende del af alkoholen og/eller isocyanaten. 10. Apparat til fremstilling af en lim omfattende en blanding af en alkoholkomponent, en isocyanatkomponent og en katalysator, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter midler til dosering af alkohol- og isocyanatkomponenterne i et forudbestemt vægtforhold, midler til dosering af varierende mængder af katalysator og midler ti! blanding af doserede komponenter. 11. Apparat ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne til dosering af alkohol- og isocyanatkomponenterne omfatter to koaksiale cylinderpumper med en fælles stempelstang, at midlerne til dosering af katalysatoren er en tredje cylinderpumpe med en stempelstang, der er forbundet med de koaksiale cylinderpumpers fælles stempelstang via en justerbar vægtstangsmekanisme, der tillader bevægelsen af den tredje cylinderpumpes stempelstang at blive varieret relativt til bevægelsen af den fælles stempelstang.
