Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af fiberkompositemner ved vakuuminfusion, hvor der anvendes en form med et formhulrum, et antal indløbskanaler (3, 21, 22), der står i forbindelse med formhulrummet og en polymerkilde (7) med flydende polymer, et an¬ tal vakuumkanaler (2), der står i forbindelse med formhulrummet og en vakuumkilde (10), idet der inden formfyldningsprocessen oplægges fibermateriale (14) i formhul¬ rummet og under formfyldningsprocessen tilvejebringes et undertryk i vakuumkanaler¬ ne (2) og hermed i formhulrummet, hvorved flydende polymer suges fra polymerkilden (7) via indløbskanaleme (3, 21, 22) ind i formhulrummet, kendetegnet ved, at en eller flere af indløbskanaleme (3, 21, 22) periodevis under formfyldningsprocessen får af¬ brudt forbindelsen til polymerkilden (7) og forbindes med en vakuumkilde (10), så at flydende polymer i formhulrummet suges i retning af disse indløbskanaler (3, 21, 22), og/eller at en eller flere af vakuumkanaleme (2) periodevis under formfyldningsproces- sen får afbrudt forbindelsen til vakuumkilden (10) og forbindes med en polymerkilde (7), så at flydende polymer suges ind i formhulrummet via den eller disse vakuumkana¬ ler (2). 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor formhulrummet fastlægges af en fast form¬ part (1) og en eftergivelig vakuumdug (13). 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor indløbskanaleme (3, 21, 22) og/eller vakuumkanaleme (2) er placeret op mod vakuumdugen (13). 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor indløbskanaleme (3,21,22) og/eller vakuumkanaleme (2) er udformet som aflange hule profillegemer, hvis indre (6) via en eller flere i profillegemets længderetning forløbende slidser (8) står i forbin¬ delse med formhulrummets indre. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor slidsen eller slidserne (8) i en eller flere af de aflange hule profillegemer er dækket af en semipermeabel membran (9), som tillader passage af luft, men ikke flydende polymer, og som kun er delvist fastgjort til profille¬ gemet. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor emnet, der fremstilles, er et aflangt skalemne, og hvor de aflange profillegemer forløber i det væsentlige parallelt i skalem¬ nets længderetning, idet formfyldningsprocessen starter med, at et antal indløbsprofil¬ legemer (3, 21, 22) står i forbindelse med vakuumkilden (10), hvorved en hurtig eva¬ kuering af luft fra formhulrummet fmder sted, idet en flydefront for den i formhulrum¬ met indsugede polymer bevæger sig mod disse, og hvor vakuumforbindelsen til det en¬ kelte profillegeme (3, 21, 22) afbrydes, når flydefronten når frem til dette, idet dette profillegeme herefter forbindes med polymerkilden (7). 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor formfyldningsprocessen starter med, at et el¬ ler flere centralt placerede indløbsprofillegemer (3, 21, 22) er forbundet med polymer¬ kilden (7), idet flydefronten bevæger sig herfra i retning af skalemnets langsider. 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller 7, hvor emnet, der fremstilles, er en vinge- skalhalvpart til en vindmøllevinge. 9. Apparat til fremstilling af fiberkompositemner ved vakuuminfiision, hvilket appa¬ rat omfatter en form med et formhulrum, en polymerkilde (7) til flydende polymer, et antal indløbskanaler (3, 21, 22), der står i forbindelse med formhulrummet og via ven¬ tilorganer (5) står i forbindelse med polymerkilden (7), en vakuumkilde (10), et antal vakuumkanaler (2), der står i forbindelse med formhulrummet og via ventilorganer (5) står i forbindelse med vakuumkilden (10), kendetegnet ved, at en eller flere af ind- løbskanaleme (3,21, 22) via ventilorganer (5) også står i forbindelse med en vakuum¬ kilde (10). og/eller at en eller flere af vakuumkanaleme (2) via ventilorganer (5) også står i forbindelse med en polymerkilde (7).
