Claims (40)
1. Indretning til overfladetrimning af kød, især af fiskefileter, omfattende et transportelement (11) til kontinuerlig transport af de produkter, der skal bearbejdes, i transportretning T til et knivhoveds (12) område, et element (13) til positionsidentificering af produkterne, et knivhoved (12) til trimning af produkterne samt en styring til bevægelse af knivhovedet (12) i afhængighed af de af elementet (13) til positionsidentificering fundne data og informationer, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) er udformet til automatisk at udføre frie trimmesnit langs produkternes overfladekontur.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) er udformet bevægeligt om og/eller langs mindst tre akser (A, B, D).
3. Indretning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) er udformet bevægeligt om og/eller langs fire akser (A, B, C, D).
4. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) er udformet til sporing af individuelle produktkonturer.
5. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) efter valg er produktstyret og/eller aktivt styret.
6. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) via et kantelement (28) er anordnet på et iøftestangselement (21), der drejeligt kan bevæges op og ned om en horisontalt forløbende akse B.
7. Indretning ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at løftestangselementet (21) er anordnet på en vinge (23), der på sin side er drejelig om en vertikal akse A.
8. Indretning ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at løftestangselementet (21) yderligere står i forbindelse med vingen (23) via et udligningselement (24).
9. Indretning ifølge krav 8 kendetegnet ved, at udligningselementet (24) efter valg er en hydraulik- eller pneumatikcylinder, en fjeder, en kontravægt eller lignende.
10. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) er udformet vipbart om en akse D på tværs af transportretningen T.
11. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 6 til 10,kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) i forhold til løftestangselementet (21) er drejeligt om en horisontalt forløbende akse C.
12. Indretning ifølge krav 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at drejebevægel-sen om aksen B og vippebevægelsen om aksen D efter valg kan udføres produktstyret og/eller drevstyret.
13. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 10 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at snittryk-ket om aksen D kan indstilles ved hjælp af fjederelementer (25, 26) eller lignende.
14. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 9 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at der til knivhovedet (12) til udførelse af vippebevægelsen om aksen D er knyttet en pneumatikcylinder (27) eller lignende.
15. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) omfatter en rundkniv (14).
16. Indretning ifølge krav 15, kendetegnet ved, at der til rundkniven (14) er knyttet en snitkontrastøtte (15).
17. Indretning ifølge krav 16, kendetegnet ved, at snitkontrastøtten (15) er udformet ringformet.
18. Indretning ifølge krav 16 eller 17, kendetegnet ved, at snitkontrastøtten (15) mindst i et område, der i transportretning T af de produkter, der skal bearbejdes, ligger foran rundkniven (14), er udformet som berøringselement (20) til identificering af produkternes kontur.
19. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 15 ti! 18, kendetegnet ved, at rundkniven (14) er udformet kopagtig.
20. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 16 til 19, kendetegnet ved, at snitkontrastøtten (15) er anordnet hældet i forhold til rundkniven (14) på en sådan måde, at det af rundkniven (14) opspændte plan Et og det af snitkontrastøttens (15) underside opspændte plan E2 skærer hinanden i mindst et punkt S.
21. Indretning ifølge krav 20, kendetegnet ved, at hældningen mellem rundkniven (14) og snitkontrastøtten (15) kan indstilles.
22. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 14 til 21, kendetegnet ved, at der til knivhovedet (12) er knyttet en drivmekanisme (16) til rundkniven (14).
23. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 22, kendetegnet ved, at der til transportelementet (11) er knyttet en indretning til frembringelse af et undertryk på en sådan måde, at produkterne er fikseret på transportelementet (11) i det mindste under skæreprocessen.
24. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 23, kendetegnet ved, at der til knivhovedet (12) er knyttet en indretning (17) til fjernelse af de fra produktet afskårne dele.
25. Indretning ifølge krav 24, kendetegnet ved, at der til knivhovedet (12) er knyttet en udsugningsindretning.
26. Indretning til forarbejdning af kød, omfattende et transportelement (11), et element (13) til positionsidentificering, mindst et afskæringsmiddel (51), en regulerings- og/eller styreindretning (19), der står i funktionsmæssig forbindelse med elementet (13) til positionsidentificering og afskæringsmidlet eller hvert afskæringsmiddel (51), samt en indretning (10) til overfladetrimning, der ligeledes står i funktionsmæssig forbindelse med regulerings- og/eller styreindretningen (19), kendetegnet ved, at indretningen (10) til overfladetrimning er udformet ifølge et af kravene 1 til 25.
27. Indretning ifølge krav 26, kendetegnet ved, at elementet (13) til positionsidentificering i indretningen til forarbejdning af kød er identisk med elementet (13) til positionsidentificering i indretningen (10) til overflade-trimning.
28. Indretning ifølge krav 26 eller 27, kendetegnet ved, at regulerings- og eller styreindretningen (19) i indretningen (50) til forarbejdning af kød er identisk med styringen (19) i indretningen (10) til overfladetrimning.
29. Fremgangsmåde til overfladetrimning af kød, især af fiskefileter, omfattende trinnene: - At identificere positionen af de produkter, der skal bearbejdes, med et element (13) til positionsidentificering, - at finde hvert produkts geometriske data og/eller billeddata, - at tilføre produkterne til et knivhoveds (12) område med et transportelement (11), - at trimme produkterne ved skæring af en kødstrimmel af produkterne med knivhovedet (12) på basis af de tidligere fundne data og at føre produkterne bort fra knivhovedets (12) område med transportelementet (11), kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) til trimning af produkterne automatisk bevæges frit i rummet.
30. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 29, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) kører op og ned ad produktets kontur.
31. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 29 eller 30, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) bevæges til produktet.
32. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 29 til 31, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) eller dettes bevægelser efter valg styres af selve produkterne og/eller aktivt.
33. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 29 til 32, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) bevæges om og/eller langs tre akser (A, B, D).
34. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 29 til 33, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet bevæges om og/eller langs fire akser (A, B, C, D).
35. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 29 til 34, kendetegnet ved, at knivhovedet (12) udfører lineære og bueformede bevægelser samt vippebevægelser.
36. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 35, kendetegnet ved, at snittrykket indstilles ved hjælp af vippebevægelsen.
37. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 29 til 36, kendetegnet ved, at produkterne fikseres på transportelementet (11) i det mindste under skæringen.
38. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 29 til 37, kendetegnet ved, at snitdybden eller snittykkelsen indstilles ved at ændre hældningen mellem en rundkniv (14) og en snitkontrastøtte (15).
39. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 29 til 38, kendetegnet ved, at de fra produktet afskårne dele fjernes umiddelbart.
40. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 39, kendetegnet ved, at delene suges ud.
