Claims (10)
1. Undersøisk behandlingssystem til produktion af olie og/eller gas fra én eller flere produktionsbrønde (1), navnlig brønde som producerer tung olie med høj viskositet på dybt vand, kendetegnet ved, at systemet, ud over produktionsbrønden(e) (1), omfatter én eller flere injektionsbrønde (2) til injektion af produceret vand eller produceret vandaflejring(er), en separator (3) med et indløb og udløb for vand, olie og/eller gas, en vandindjektions- og -cirkulationspumpe (5), en opvarmningsindretning (6), en strømningsstyringsindretning 11, og at en vandcirkulations- og -injektionsrørledningssløjfe (7, 9) er tilvejebragt til indbyrdes at forbinde separatoren (3), injektions- og cirkulationspumpen (5), opvarmningsindretningen (6) og strømningsstyringsindretningen (11), hvor temperaturen af mediet i sløjfen før opstart og under produktion af enhver af brøndene kan styres ved at tilføre varmeenergi, således at den resulterende viskositet af strømningen, som løber ind i separatoren, styres efter opstart af brønde, og tilførsel af vand til den producerede fluid fra produktionsbrøndene (1) muliggøres, hvorved vandproduktionsforholdene i fluidstrømningen, der løber ind i separatoren, styres.
2. System ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at rørledningssløjfen er tilvejebragt i en bundtindretning.
3. System ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at rørledningssløjfen udgøres af individuelle, fleksible eller rigide strømningsledninger.
4. System ifølge krav 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at injektions- og produktionsbrøndene (1, 2) er indrettet som individuelle brønde, brønde i skabelon (template wells) eller rørbundtintegrerede brønde (bundle integral wells).
5. System ifølge krav 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at separatoren (3) og pumpen (5) udgør en separat, modulær installation eller er integreret i rørledningssløjfen.
6. System ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at produktionspumpen (4) er tilvejebragt ved udløbsenden af separatoren for at overføre den producerede olie og gas til den ønskede destination gen- nem en produktionsrørledning (10).
7. System ifølge krav 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt en separat gasproduktionsledning (13) til evakuering af den producerede gas.
8. System ifølge krav 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at det producerede vand injiceres ind i en bortskaffelsesbrønd.
9. System ifølge krav 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt en vandforsyning til systemet ved hjælp af en separat, vandproducerende brønd.
10. System ifølge krav 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at strømningsstyringsindretningen (11) kan udgøre mere end én indretning og/eller separate, genvindelige moduler.
