Claims (15)
1. Sårbehandlingsapparat (10) omfattende: - en dræneledning (18) konfigureret til fastgørelse til en negativt-tryk-kilde (14) og til at fjerne ekssudat fra såret (12), - en forsyningsledning (20) konfigureret til fastgørelse til en fluidkilde (16) og til at tilføre fluid til såret (12), - en kontroller (22) konfigureret til: - at forårsage negativt-tryk-terapi som skal administreres til såret (12) via dræneledningen (18), og - at forårsage hyperbarisk fluidterapi som skal administreres til såret (12) via forsyningsledningen (20) fra omkring 10 sekunder til omkring 60 sekunder.
2. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kontrolleren (22) er yderligere konfigureret til at forårsage negativt-tryk-terapi og hyperbarisk fluidterapi til intermitterende administrering.
3. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kontrolleren (22) er yderligere konfigureret til at forårsage negativt-tryk-terapi til administrering i en første tidsperiode og hyperbarisk fluidterapi til administrering i en anden tidsperiode, og hvor den første tidsperiode er cirka to til tre gange så lang som den anden tidsperiode.
4. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kontrolleren (22) er konfigureret til at forårsage hyperbarisk fluidterapi til administrering umiddelbart følgende efter ophør af administreringen af negativt-tryk-terapi og hvor kontrolleren (22) er konfigureret til at forårsage negativt-tryk-terapi til administrering umiddelbart følgende efter ophøret af administreringen af hyperbarisk fluidterapi.
5. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor såret (12) er udsat for et absolut tryk fra cirka 0 mmHg til cirka 300 mmHg under administreringen af negativt-tryk-terapi.
6. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor såret (12) er udsat for et absolut tryk fra cirka 1,5 atmosfære til cirka 3 atmosfære under administreringen af hyperbarisk fluidterapi.
7. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor dræneledningen (18) er konfigureret til fastgørelse til en sugeledning i et hospitalsværelse.
8. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forsyningsledningen (20) er konfigureret til fastgørelse til en oxygenledning i et hospitalsværelse.
9. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor en hospitalsseng (25) omfatter kontrolleren (22).
10. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fluiden forsynet til såret (12) omfatter mindst en af: oxygen eller befugtet oxygen.
11. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende en negativt-tryk-kilde (14) og en fluidkilde (16).
12. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge krav 11, yderligere omfattende et hus som omgiver både negativt-tryk-kilden (14) og fluidkilden (16).
13. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11-12, hvor negativt-tryk-kilden (14) og fluidkilden (16) deler en strømforsyning.
14. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11-13, hvor fluidkilden (16) er konfigureret til at tilføre en konstant strøm af fluid og kontrolleren (22) er konfigureret til at forårsage negativt-tryk-kilden (14) til at virke intermitterende således at negativt-tryk-terapi administreres til såret når negativt-tryk-kilden (14) er tændt og hyperbarisk fluidterapi administreres til såret når negativt-tryk-kilden (14) er slukket.
15. Sårbehandlingsapparatet (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende en diffusionssensor (45) til at måle diffusion af fluid ind i såret (12).
