Claims (12)
1. Fedtsamler (10) til udskilning af affald ffa spildevand, der omfatter en beholder (12) med en nedadformet bund (13); en opadformet deler (15), der opdeler beholderen (12) i et øvre kammer (26) og et nedre kammer (28), med et hul (24) i nærheden af eller ved en øvre del af deleren (15) for at give affald adgang til det øvre kammer (26); et indløb i beholderen (12) til modtagelse af indkommende spildevand; et udløb til fjernelse af vand fra beholderen (12); og et rør (17), der strækker sig til det nedre kammer (28) til sugning af fast affald ud af det nedre kammer, kendetegnet ved, at: fedtsamleren endvidere omfatter et låg (16) til afdækning af beholderen (12); indløbet er et indløbsdykrør (20), udløbet er et udløbsdykrør (22), og den opadformede deler (15) er placeret over en indløbsdykrørsåbning og en udløbsdykrørsåbning.
2. Fedtsamler (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor beholderen (12) er rotationsstøbt plast.
3. Fedtsamler ifølge krav 1, hvor den opadformede deler (15) og den nedadformede bund (13) af beholderen (12) fjerner sig fra hinanden, således at spildevand, der trænger ind i det nedre kammer (28), møder et større volumen.
4. Fedtsamler (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor den opadformede deler (15) indbefatter en sidevæg (14a), hvorfra deleren (15) er ophængt fra en øvre del af beholderen (12), hvorved der dannes en indre beholder (14).
5. Fedtsamler (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor røret (17) strækker sig gennem hullet (24) i deleren (15) og diameteren af hullet (24) i deleren (15) er væsentligt større end rørets (17) diameter for at gøre det muligt for letvægtsfedt at strømme ind i det øvre kammer (26) fra det nedre kammer (28).

Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en fedtsamler (10), der omfatter: støbning af en ydre beholder (12) i ét med et indløbsdykrør (20), et udløbsdykrør (22) og en nedadformet bundet (13); støbning af en indre beholder (14) med en opadformet bund (15) med et hul (14) og konfigureret til isætning i den ydre beholder (12) og omkring den ydre beholders (12) indløbsdykrør (20) og udløbsdykrør (22); isætning af den indre beholder (14) i den ydre beholder (12); og indføring af et rør (17) gennem den indre beholder (14), hullet (24) i den opadformede bundet (15) og ind i den ydre beholder (12).
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en fedtsamler (10), der omfatter: støbning af en ydre beholder (12) med en nedadformet bund (13); støbning af en opadformet deler (15) med et hul (24); installation af et indløbsdykrør (20) og et udløbsdykrør (22) i den ydre beholder (12); isætning af den opadformede deler (15) i den ydre beholder (12) for at definere et øvre kammer (26) over deleren (15) og et nedre kammer (28) under deleren (15); og indføring af et rør (17) gennem hullet (24) i deleren (15) og ind i det nedre kammer (28).
12. Fremgangsmåde til udskilning af letvægts fedt og tunge faststoffer fra spildevand, der omfatter: tilførsel af spildevand til en fedtsamler (10) gennem en indløbsdykrørs- (20) åbning ind i et nedre kammer (28), at lade spildevand forlade fedtsamleren (10) gennem det nedre kammer (28) til et udløbsdykrør (22), hvorved der mindst etableres intermitterende strømme fra indløbsdykrøret (20) gennem det nedre kammer (28) til udløbsdykrøret (22); at lade fedt i spildevandet stige ved tyngdekraft fra det nedre kammer (28) gennem et hul (24) i en deler (15) ind i et øvre kammer (26), således at fedt isoleres i det øvre kammer (26) og beskyttes mod at blive ført med i spildevandsstrømmene; at lade tunge faststoffer i spildevandet falde ved tyngdekraft ned i en sump (13) i det nedre kammer (28); og fjernelse af opsamlet fedt og sugning af fast affald ud af det nedre kammer med et rør (17).
