Abstract

Der beskrives et hydraulisk system til cylindersmøring af motorcylindre i store diesel motorer, især skibsmotorer ved olieinjicering. Systemet er udformet med injektorer 13 og et smøreapparat 11, som omfatter en række pumpeenheder 8. Hver pumpeenhed 8 er via et forbindelsesrør 12 forbundet med en tilknyttet injektor 13. I forbindelsesrøret 12 mellem en pumpeenhed 8 og en tilknyttet injektor 13 er der placeret en lækagedetektor 10, der er indrettet for at give et signal, når olietrykket i forbindelsesrøret 12 understiger et forudbestemt niveau. Herved fås et driftsikkert, teknisk enkelt og billigt system til lækageovervågning, der muliggør en løbende lækageovervågning med kørende motor for at kunne konstatere om en eller flere injektorer 13 lækker.
